The service is horrible! Never going back. The first time I went there, the experience was okay. I needed a physical for my work. Went in, waited a bit (expected the wait time, since its first-come, first-served service), and got my physical done. It was after the checkup, my nightmare truly started. There were charges for all different types of exams/ services. One of the charges was for prostrate examination.I hadnt received a prostrate exam, so I called the office. The nurse who was helping me said "the blood we drew during the exam was for the prostrate exam". I was stunned. I had no idea you could check your prostrate glands through a blood draw???? I told her what a prostrate exam actually was and I would know if the doctor had given me that exam. Then she goes on to say "its a coding error". After that, the newly updated bill was sent to my address. Not surprisingly, now instead of the prostrate exam charge, there was a whole different charge. I went in for a simple exam and I was getting charges for different types of exams. Seriously, you will get a headache and will royally waste your time calling the office about messed up bill. Save yourself from unnecessary stress and stay far from this place.

I do not write many reviews, but I wanted to add my voice to those who appreciate Dr Nazam for his medical expertise and for the kindness that he and every member of his staff have shown to me and my family. We are delighted to see that he has now moved into a beautiful new facility. My family and I have been patients of Dr Nazam for over 25 years. Because he did his surgical internship under the intense pressure of the Emergency Room at Washington General Hospital he has a breadth of practical experience that is not available at other clinics -- and my family has given him numerous opportunities to use that experience! I know that there are many others who travel quite a distance to see Dr Nazam, not only because of his superior medical experience and surgical skills but also because of his discretion and kindness. Every member of his staff reflects those same qualities.

This walk in clinic definitely does not have a welcoming feel, which is fine I suppose. What really bothered me (and why Im never going back to Dr Nazir Salam) is that it has become clear to me hes only interested in making money by demanding a ton of office visits and blood tests for routine over the counter prescriptions. He has twice denied me refills when I needed them, which is just rude, and for a standard low dose acid reflux medicine he wanted me to get bloodwork done four times a year. This guy is a mediocre doctor looking to get as much money from you as he can.

New patient to Dr. Nazam. Been there a couple of times now. He is so friendly and caring. He really listens to you and helps to solve what is ailing you. I was with Kaiser for so long, and am used to Kaiser doctors trying to get you in and out so fast, so I am not used to the care and personalization Dr. Nazam showed to me! It is a great feeling to speak with a doctor who wants to listen to you and isnt trying to rush you. Thank you so much for your kindness and personal care.

Same as the others complaining about billing... I got an additional charge when I had clearly communicated what I wanted three times (once on phone, once after arrival, once before going in). I called them and they said if they had caught it before going to biller they could have changed some of the codes, but that is no longer possible. Side note: the doctor was in a rush, wanted to get to the post office before it closed. I saw him for just a few minutes.

Worst Doctor I have ever been to. Had a heat stroke at the gym and came to the office and was left in the waiting room for 10 minutes while the made me pay a bill for $90 for a previous visit. Then I was told I needed to go to the hospital. They didnt call ahead or give directions to the hospital. I will never visit this office again. I have the paperwork to prove this including the date and time I paid the bill.

Our experience with Dr Nazam has always been great. I was able to speak with Dr Nazam with much ease, he was very clear, detailed and positive which lightened our experience. Dr Nazam gave me excellent advice for the health issue I am having. He discussed all options and let me decide what I felt was best for me along with his own recommendation!
