He comes to this office once a week at 1pm. My appointment was at 2, and when I got there it was already a standing room only. After an hour wait, I was called back for some questions and vitals, then to be sent back to the over full waiting room. Very very rude to overbook your patients that badly, that constantly. My time is just as valuable as his time, and the complete lack of respect sent me looking for a new doctor.

The doctor is amazing but the average wait of 2-3 hrs is not worth it. The front desk woman is always very rude and always conducting personal phone calls so I dont think she lets the physician staff know immediately when you arrive. Such a shame because Dr.Malapede is a good doctor
