after 6 phones and waiting 2 weeks for my first appointment and then going into the office and signing for them to get my medical records from 6 different doctors , I also had lots of medical records with me, but they needed to get them also , they made copies of all mine also,( I told them then that I had been on suboxone for almost 4 years straight for (CHRONIC PAIN ) not drug use,,, but I have been off for almost 1 and a half years now, they made me wait for 3 weeks to call me and tell me that they could not see me because I had been on suboxone before, they did not see people whom has ever took suboxone before. I said I told you that on the phone and put it on the papers that I filled out 3 weeks ago when I came into the office, you had me wait 2 weeks for my appointment and 3 weeks before you called me and told me you could not see me, a total of 5 weeks, why didnt you tell me that then, she said that I didnt tell them that I had been on suboxone before when i was in the office, so I took the papers back to the office and showed them that I sure did put it on the paperwork and ALL they had to say to me was, well we must have missed it, sorry, lol very rude and just called me a liar lol, but when I showed them the papers, they were still smart asses and rude. just very disrespectful I would not recommend them to anyone, fyi:: I was never on suboxone for drug use, only for (CHRONIC PAIN ) AND I SHOWED THEM THE PAPERS FROM MY OLD SUBOXONE DOCTOR THAT SAID SO WHEN I WAS IN THE OFFICE AND THEY MADE COPIES OF ALL THE PAPERS I BROUGHT THEM, they just did not do there job and they just did not care, so very very sad, some people are not made for that kinda of work, and I know of 6 people there that I spoke to are not made for that kind of work, I will continue to pray for them. GOD BLESS THEM PLEASE. please dont go there if you are in chronic pain and need help fast, this is just my opinion .

I went to a walk-in clinic before visiting the Nashville Pain Center. I had severe head pain that had plagued me for days. I left the walk-in clinic with a prescription of 800 mg Ibuprofen, and was told to come back in 2 days if the pain did not go away. Well it did not. In fact, the pain got much worse, and I could not wait another hour… much less 2 days. I was desperate and finally a family member told me to try the Nashville Pain Center. As soon as I got there, it was like the entire staff was interested in my problem. They were very attentive and courteous, particularly Dr. Young. After much deliberation, they suggested that I go next door to get a cat scan. I am so glad that I did because they discovered severe problems with my sinus cavities (sinus disease?). The imaging center communicated their findings to the pain center, where I finally received medication that actually works and significantly reduces my symptoms until I can see an ENT doctor. I feel so relieved and confident that I am on the road to recovery. This “Think Tank” of medical professionals is a well oiled machine. They know their stuff, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

One caring person works there I know she will be the first one you see when you walk around the corner on most ocasions. I never felt that any other person was happy with themselves let alone many of the patients I saw them interact with. When it comes to the person who you would think should respect you and want you to respect him wants you listen to every word he has to say but dosent seem to want to listen to anything I wanted to ask about. Also act like the conversion chart I brought in was something I typed up and printed myself. He wouldnt even let me show him what I had brought. After visiting 3 websites and me taking a urine test while he found the truth on hopefully one of those websites he found a conversion chart and it read exactly the same as the one I brought. It took him a while but he finally got what he wanted and found his reason to discharge me which knew was coming one way or another but it was the best service that came out of this know it all type from up the road straight out the Bronx. Fair warning folks looose cannon dead ahead. Carrie your the best Dear.

Personally havent come across a better facility in my life. Dont like to wait long for appointments? This is your place. Isnt a place to seek out drugs as they will, rightly so, make sure you are following the rules. If youre seeking pills and dont like drug testing and pill counts - this aint your place! Its kinda funny to see the only negative review from one "discharged". Doc wouldnt stay in business long if he took the patients word for what was needed and I take the whining as a sign this pain clinic is doing it right in having some irritated at being uninvited to continue treatment there. My chronic pain I went in with is still there, but it is now manageable and thats all a pain clinic is designed to do! Highly Recommend !!

This was my first ever experience with a pain clinic it was not that good at first but I think the workers have to weed out the people with pain verses the people just wanted pain meds or abusing them. Once they figured out it was a great place to go to. I only transferred to find to a closer facility well guess what the grass isnt always greener on the other side. lol I am going back. The PA cares. I hate change but I wouldnt go to any other place. The price a person pays for living in a small town.

There are a wonderful group of people that works here. They are very full of compassion, and make you feel like one of the family when your in for a visit. You have your own plan that is worked out with you, and they do everything possible to help you with relieving the pain you have to live with from day to day. I feel they have been a total blessing in my life since my first visit.

Great place! Very friendly nice and clean everything was explained very easily to understand you get the policy of rules but the doctor goes over them with you to make sure you understand love that you are required to have a picture ID to receive meds just overall a good office keep up the good work
