Ive been going to chiropractors for years. Never really cared for the pounce on you or snap your neck type. I could not relax and never felt as though the adjustment lasted more than 30 minutes after the appointment. I gave up on chiropractors, but was having low back issues again and my patient told me "if Dr. Murphree cant fix you, no one can." Of course I was skeptical but I thought what can it hurt? Shes close by and I hurt. I immediately felt like she knew her stuff and to this day I ask her advice. Trust me..she knows how to fix you. Gently. Without being barbaric. And results last because she works on you till youre even. Im really lucky to have found her. Her massage therapist can also loosen you up too. I was in so much pain recently and my muscles were so incredibly tight and locked. It took a while for me to get better but they really know their stuff and work together to make you feel your best. I dont write reviews often, but am compelled to do so because I really believe in her style of care. Shes into whole body health. Natural remedies. So now Im going to tell you..."if Dr. Murphree cant fix you, no one can"

I have been treated by Dr. Murphree for years. As a chiropractor, she uses the "activator method" which was a must for me when I was researching for a chiropractor. This method is also recommended by Dr. Andrew Weil, a world expert in holistic care, author and teacher. Dr. Murphees skills and knowledge of the activator method have literally put this old body back into working order to many times to count. What a relief it is to know I have a doctor that I can count on. The care doesnt stop there. Dr. Murphree also provides acupuncture, nutritional advice and a stress reducing hydro-massage, oh la la, so sweet! Besides her services, she is kind, caring and listens to what you are saying, She cares deeply for her patients and their concerns. It is so hard to find a doctor that isnt rushing you out of the room before you even had a chance to tell them what ails you. Dr. Murphree will take whatever time is needed to get you back on your road to recovery, Imagine having a chiropractor, acupuncturist and healer all rolled up in one, right in Fairfax!

Her charges are reasonable, they are prompt in scheduling appointments and unlike many other chiropractors in the area they do not attempt to trap you into a series of costly, ongoing treatments.
