Her staff is the worst! I have never been treated by any other doctors staff, like hers treated me. THEY KICKED ME OUT OF THE OFFICE! I went in for my prenatal appointment at 2pm. As soon as I got there I signed in & the lady up front didnt even greet me. She automatically said heres what you owe us & this will be your payment plan. I asked her if I considered going to a different doctor will I still be on the payment plan or if I had to pay it all up front, b/c I obviously was still going to pay even if I switched doctors. I told her my reason for possibly changing doctors was b/c I just got approved for the medical card & I might use that at a different doctors office instead of still using my parents insurance (keep in mind Im still covered by my parents insurance), & I never thought they would have a payment plan so I didnt think I could afford it. But as soon as I told her I had the medical card she became even more rude. She said I had to make up my mind with what I wanted to do. I told her thats fine, but I still wanted to see the doctor today & after seeing the payment plan I might even stay b/c it was doable. She told me the office manager would call me the next day & I need to have my mind made up by then. She was very rude, but I said ok thats fine. My husband & I then sat down & waited for OVER AN HOUR to see the doctor. Once they sent us to the back I got my vitals taken & I waited for another half hour. The nurse came in & we heard the babys heartbeat. Then we waited about 15 minutes & the medical assistant walked in & asked if Ive had a Pap smear done yet during this pregnancy, & I said no. I also asked her if I was going to get anything else done like an ultrasound or any other tests considering I am 4 months & I have not gotten ANYTHING done. Surprised she asked "you havent had any tests or ultrasound done?!" I told her no. So she said yes the doctor will probably send you to get an ultrasound done & some tests. So I put on the gown she gives me & tells me to wait for the doctor to come in to do the Pap smear. We waited another 15 minutes & the medical assistant walks back in & says that the doctor will not be able to see me b/c there is an issue w/ my insurance. I was confused b/c I know there is no issue w/ my insurance. The medical assistant said she knew nothing about it & we had to talk to the ladies up front. I got dressed & we went up front & I asked a different lady what was the issue w/ my insurance & she started saying some BS that I would have to pay two deductibles, one for 2016 & one for 2017. So I said "ok? Whats your point? I can pay the deductibles" & she said oh well idk you have to know your plan. VERY RUDELY. The other lady then jumped into the conversation & she said that the doctor couldnt see me b/c I need to make up my mind. So my husband asks her, just to be completely clear, "so youre telling me the doctor cant see her, even though shes covered, just b/c we dont know what doctor shes choosing?!" & the lady said "yes". They just kept going on & on being rude & I told them just to give me my medical records. My husband asked to talk to the doctor & they told him that the doctor could not talk to him. So he then waited for the medical records inside the office & I waited in the car because I was going to start crying my eyes out from how rudely they KICKED ME OUT. When my husband was waiting for the medical records he also asked them for a denial letter b/c they denied me even though I AM COVERED. At this point the lady up front said oh youll have to talk to the doctor for that. & he said ok Ill wait. She then also asks where did I go because the doctor wants to make sure Im ok. NOW THEY CARE ABOUT MY WELL BEING? They didnt care 5 minutes ago when they were treating me like complete crap. My husband waited to talk to the doctor & she said that she would still like to see me & to convince me to come back. & how sorry she is. But we will not be returning after how rudely we were treated by her discriminatory staff!!

I have had a high risk pregnancy. Dr. Intili has been straight forward and compassionate towards my concerns and possible over reactions. Never has she treated any of my questions or concerns as stupid. Ultrasound and most tests have been available and able to be done at the office. Being a teacher they have worked with my schedule for appointments. The staff has been friendly every time we have gone in. I feel confident having Dr. Intili as my doctor!

Completely unhelpful. Said she looked at results for a test i hadnt taken and just constantly told me to go to the hospital and wanted to prescribe medicine that i didnt need. Also office closes early on Friday. Was never told. Fine for the yearly exam but nothing more.

Dr. Intili has been my physician for many years. She is professional and knowledgeable yet kind and compassionate. Dr. Intili goes beyond standard care by her willingness to listen and put together a considerate individual medical care plan.

I love her. She gave me more answers in just 3 visits that my doctor of 4 years couldnt give me. Shes been very helpful and supportive, and explains things to me for my best interest.

Not a very good place. Doc didnt explain anything. Didnt offer a ultrasound. No blood work was drawn. We had to ask for all of this. Got a new doc now.

I love Dr Intilli. She is very caring and professional. So are her staff members. The office is her pleasant and great atmosphere.
