This place was horrible. I called the previous week to find out if I needed an appointment. The receptionist said no appoinments were taken for new dentures, but that I needed to be there at 7:45. I arrived at 7;30am and was first in line. I had my grandmother and my great aunt to get dentures. At 7:45 am there was a huge line. I tapped on the door at 7:50 to the receptionist who laughed and pointed back at her watch. The line of 15 customers all agreed it was 7:55 when the door was finally opened. At 18 F I was cold and am sure everyone else was too. When we went in we were the first to complete the paperwork and later the first two to be called back to be seen for new dentures. My aunts and grandmothers molds were made(9:30) we were to told to return at 10:30am to check the wax molds that were made. We did return at 10:30 only to sit and wait until after 1:30 for this wax mold check. All employees enjoed lunch while many customers remianed waiting since 10:30 or earlier. After this we were able to get lunch at 1:30. Upon returning at 3:15 and NO LATER (as told by the rude curly haired nurse) we then sat again until 6:30 for my grandmother to get her dentures. My great aunt dentures were ready at about 7pm. Luckly my grandmothers teeth have worked out fine as of yet. My great aunts denture were completely made wrong. There were sharp edges, wax left in between the teeth, the front color had was left that cause a discoloration. When I told the heavy set male doctor he said we were just complaining since we had been there all day. He laugh at the fact the place of business opened late and left us in the cold. He patted my aunts leg trying to explain why her new teeth did not feel as they fit properly which she later told me made her feel as if he was talking to an incompentent child. He then said he would have her return tomorrow for a new mold (this time of her bone rather then her old denture) could he have done this the first time??? When we were leaving we asked the front office if we could be first tomorrow and not have to wait around all day. The extremely short haired receptionist started yelling at us. Hello who is the customer!!!! Im sorry your office was closed the previous week, but you said your self you were trying to get as many patients in as possible to not turn people away....Money greedy company... Instead you guys should try what those posters say in your store....Provide quality dentures and satisfaction to customers. Thats your job...If you do not like it get a new one. Customers should not have to suffer because of employees having the previous week off and then you guys being slammed. We should not be yelled at or told any of this was our fault. September, 8th 2011 - Let me first say that after reading the reviews below I was skeptical about going to Affordable Dentures Cartersville. They do not perform filling becasue they service customer that need Dentures so if you are looking for filling this is not the place. After contacting several other places inquiring about extraction for my upper wisdom tooth this place was by far the most affordable since I did not have any insurance. I arrived for (10 am) like the employee told me when I called the week before, they do not make appointment its only walk-in service. The waiting room had approximately 20 people waiting for several other procedures but the staff was very efficient in getting people in and out. I was called in to get my ex-ray since they couldnt use the ex-ray I brought in. So if you already have an ex-ray for the problem tooth take it with you, if they are able to use that ex-ray you will save $70. By 12pm I was ask to go to the back to get my procedure done. The staff was very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and most of all the office was clean. I was impressed because I had already made up my mind to leave if the place looked dirty but I am happy that I was wrong. The doctor came in and introduced herself and she was very pleasant. She answered all my question and concerns. I was worried that I would be in a lot of pain, but to my surprise during the procedure all I felt was pressure from the pulling but no pain. The staff gave me instruction on how to care my mouth the following day. I got a prescription which I filled at the Publix, that was two stores down but today September 9th 2011 the day after my extraction and I feel no pain just a little soreness . So far I only took one pain killers out of the 16 that was prescribed. Overall I was very satisfied and best of all you can plan to shop all day since there are several stores around Eg.Target, Publix, Famous Shoes, TJ Max, Pier 1 Imports, K Mart ect. I hope that this review helps someone who are very skeptical and particular about trying some where new like me.

I dont usually review but have to commend this group of ladies here for exceptional service. Have had really bad experience with dentists in the past but my teeth were getting really bad so I needed work done and at a good price. I scheduled for a consult and I have to say here that I was frustrated on my consultition appointment because I had a bit of a wait. When I finally got back, I realized why, this appointment was very thorough....the assistant Jessy was very knowledgeable and very kind. She talked to me like she cared. She explained a lot of things to me and even offered to come into the surgery with me when I told her I was scared. So I waited to see the doctor.... When she came in, she is this small thing, but sweet as can be, didnt talk to me like I was dumb or judge me for my teeth to be in the state they were in. She explained different options to me, took her time with me.... I asked so many questions, and she answered them all. i scheduled for my teeth to be pulled on Thursday last week, Jesse was in there with me throughout, talking to me and making sure I was fine. Dr. Adediyin may be small but she got does teeth out in like 5 mins! No pain at all, just pressure and my implants were in in no time. Jessy called me that night to check on me. This is what I call A class service. I will do it all over again with this team. They are awesome!

My mother has Alzheimers and the sitter took her to her appointment. When I made the appointment I clearly told them we needed the cheapest upper denture we could get she was 83 and were needed so she could eat better. The sitter also told them this...so they set her up took all of 4 hrs the first day getting mold 2 days later brought her back in 2 hrs just to fit them or try them out.....come back in a week they will be ready to try...this place is the most inconsiderant place I have been the only purpose for going there was to get them quicker...that got blew out of the water and they charged her $745.00 for her teeth she hasnt got yet. one excuse after another......oh and might I add a year ago I took my dad for a set and it wasnt as bad about waiting but after we got home waiting for our pickup time....he has a weakness come over him and he never came thru it so who knows what happened but it wasnt but 30 mins. after getting home that it happened he was fine before. I will never ever use them again nor will I suggest anyone use them..if you are 1 in 10 you might get descent service the other nine hope you are not in a hurry nor care how you are treated after giving them money. Good Luck your gonna need it.
