Worst experience I ever had, after 4 attempts to make my dental bridge fit, and after grinding down most of my upper teeth to accommodate this bridge, I asked Redwood Dental office if I could have another dentist fit this bridge, at first my request was granted and then denied... Redwood Dental refused any further treatment and harassed me unless I continued seeing the dentist that could not fit this bridge, I then called my insurance company and after 12 day of no treatment I was granted another dentist to fit the bridge, only because Redwood dental was not going to get paid. At this time I had a 200.00 dollar balance which I hesitated to pay after all the harassment the dentist put me through... I had this bridge in my mouth for 7 months and the bridge cracked... I went back today to another Redwood Dental office and again was refused treatment due to the fact I had an outstanding balance. I once again contacted my insurance company and now in the process of finding another dentist. Im writing this review not to get back at this office only to warn others to beware... Total year of a total ongoing dental nightmare.

I was in town from San Antonio helping my parent on hospice. My temp crown came out and needed a quick glue back in. Thought Redwood would be good, they were close by. I was surprised that I was charged over $100 for dental tech putting crown back in place and dentist not checking her work, but I just needed it done and wanted to get back to helping my mom. Two days later crown came off again. It was Saturday and was more desperate to get temp crown back on. I called to see if they could pop it back in place but this dentist office refused to help. They were rude and really left me with the impression that they didnt care nor wanted to try to get me in for a 5 min fix. Even told me to go buy tooth cement and do it myself. After I mentioned that I was going to write this review they talked to dentist and my option was come in and probably would have to wait hours until he could see me. Never the less I called a different office and they had me come in without question. I guess after Redwood in Warren got paid they are not willing to stand by their work or can care less about compassion.

I went to mark bouchllon for cosmetic dentistry on my 6 upper front teeth. My teeth are so short they do not show when I smile. He stands behind his work I have went to 4 other dentist since then and they want to know what dentist did this horrible work. Bouchllon is a stubborn man who refuses to correct his mistake of making the teeth to short One of his girls from his office called me and said she knows my teeth are to short and to small for my mouth and made an Appointment for me to discuss correcting this when I got there bouchllon would not come into the room. So I am going to have to bring a lawsuit against this inferior dentist because he wont stand up and do the right thing. This is nightmare. Please I beg anyone who reads this. DO NOT SEE THIS INFERIOR SO CALLED DENTIST. I will see you in court. bouchllon

I have Delta Dental, which Redwood takes. When I made an appt for a cleaning, they made me schedule a separate consultation with the doctor. Even though I had all of my previous records with me from a different dentist (I moved), they insisted on taking bitewings, panoramics, inventories, etc. etc. They assured me that it was all covered. Well yes, PORTIONS of it were covered. Not all of it. So I had to pay $200 for the portions of all these items that added up. I was not due for any of it, but they "could" do it. I will not be going back, and neither should you.

Redwood Dental is the most efficiently run office around. We never wait for more than maybe 10 minutes upon arrival. The whole staff is friendly and courteous and treat my children with as much respect as any adult. They love going to the dentist!! They make special arrangements for us when we go in to have our twice a year cleaning. There is a hygienist for each of us, all at the same time, so we are only there for about an hour. WOW! I dont know of another place that makes every appointment as convenient as possible. Thank you Redwood!!

My family has been going here sense I was 12 years old. I am now 19, and while I didnt practice good dental hygiene back then, I do now. It is the same process every single time I go to redwood. My teeth are completely fine, No cavities or anything (Havent had them in over 3 years), but I still need to do something to fine-tune my brushing. The end result is them trying to sell me some kind of over priced toothbrush that is over 120 dollars, or something a long these lines.

Would recommend them to anyone! Its been years since Ive been to a dentist, and due to that bad experience which landed me with TMJ and overall a bad taste in my mouth with the way they treated me. Redwood Dental has showed me nothing but compassion from the moment I walk through the door. They were considerate and helped with my fears and anxiety. From the front desk all the way up to the doctors I would like to thank you!!!

I went to Gentle Dental and they wanted to charge me $800 for a crown. I went here for a second opinion, and within the same amount of time it took the other place to just LOOK at my teeth, Redwood had me numb and my teeth fixed for $61 for a filling. After reading reviews on here I was nervous, but I got great service.

I live right around the corner from this office. Took my dad in for a visit and was told that all work is covered by the insurance. Come to find out...not of it was covered. They gave me incorrect information and it cost me. Not going there again!

Had treatment plan to remove 4 teeth, seen 2 months later abscessed and in pain, thought they would remove problem tooth, kind of felt put down by the dentist, he said no and to schedule for all 4. Appointment was total waste of my time and theirs.

Poor service , office stuff is unprofessional can not separate my acct with my ex- husbands account keep sending my reminders to the wrong address with all my other medical records !!!! BBB complaint is getting filed .

Went in with bad tooth pain and got a whole work up. Prices are little high without insurance but i like my dentist and he did a good job and didnt make me feel like crap for having bad teeth.
