This place is absolutely terrible! The staff is rude and slow. Having sat in the waiting area for over an hour, 37 weeks pregnant and fasting for my ordered lab work, I decided to ask what the remaining wait time would be for me. Nobody was present at the desk window. When someone finally came by he tried to run off while pointing to the clinics sign in computer! I shouted for him to please stop, Ive already signed in. He turned around rolling his eyes at me and super annoyed asked what he could help me with. At this point Im pissed. All I wanted was to politely inquire about the wait time. Also, I noticed several people who arrived after me being called back before me. Some of which did NOT have an appointment because I casually asked them while in the wait room! Anyway, he talks to me as if my concern is unreasonable. I insist on finding out the wait time anyway letting him know I am 37 weeks pregnant and very hungry as I am fasting for the blood work ordered by my doctor. He gets frustrated and tells me to hold on while walking away. When he returned he tells me I was next anyway. Whether or not that was actually true, I express my thanks and proceed to the back area. Sadly, my terrible experience did not end there. I follow him to the designated room to get my blood drawn and as hes putting my information in the computer he begins making passive aggressive remarks in the form of questions. "So, were you just trying to get back sooner than everyone else? Ha. Ha." Was this guy serious? I arrived to the clinic shortly after their opening time (8AM), got signed in a few minutes later and waited for well over an hour. So, no I wasnt trying to "just get back sooner"-I was trying to get back in general OR, if the wait time was simply going to be a good while longer, I would have politely informed the staff to remove my name from the list (so it wouldnt slow them down from getting to other patients) and I will return Monday morning right as the doors open. If all of this wasnt bad enough, the technician did not insert the needle in my arm with care. Felt more like a stab and my arm is bruised. And in case youre wondering why I didnt make an appointment, Quest refuses to take appointments in office. Instead, they direct you to an 800 number. An 800 number that is practically impossible through the automative system. Forget getting a live person on the phone too. It just wont happen.

Very unpleasant staff - a bunch of unfriendly fat women with dumb faces and no customer service skills. I specifically mentioned that I get bruised easily and have low pain tolerance, and asked the nurse, or whoever she was, to be gentle. That animal couldnt care less about my request, she hurt me and left a bruise bigger than ever. I see veterinarian technicians treat my dog with more dignity and care. I fail to understand why I get such crappy treatment for my money, and so little attention to my needs.

While the front desk staff was nice, the place did not give the impression of cleanliness, the person taking my blood barely said two words to me, had pen marks all over her white lab coat and completely blew out my vein. Ive got a bruise the size of a silver dollar. Had a much better experience with the Quest Diagnostics on the west side of town. Also, always have them bill you later. Their "estimate" cost in house is always WAY higher than what you actually end up getting billed for.

I was in and out in 30 minutes, which is not what I expected. Definitely make an appointment online. I think thats why they were so speedy seeing me. The place was moderately clean (way better than LabCorp). The receptionist was very friendly and the woman that took my blood was very friendly too. Take a jacket. Its freezing in there because it has to be. Overall I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was out of there and how friendly the staff was.

Quest, the lady at the desk has an attitude with literally almost everybody that comes to the desk. They really should make it appointment only to keep people from waiting for hours. I suggest coming as soon as they open to avoid waiting for so long. Its a lobby full of people and half the staff went on lunch break. Which is unorganized. Hopefully I will not have to return here anytime soon or if at all.

I was hope this place would be good as it is close to where I live. I had to wait an hour before the tests were finally completed. The woman who did my blood was very rude. Incomplete tests were done which meant I had to do a set over again somewhere else. Then to add insult to injury, they miss billed me. LABCORP does better tests, are faster, and are the industry standard.

I have been to this lab dozens of times. The staff does turnover fairly frequently, but the attendants always smile if I smile at them and chat with me if I want to chat. I always make appointments and am seen within 10 minutes. The attendants are extremely good at what they do. The waiting area has recently been renovated.

I waited about 20 minutes without an appointment. So I didnt think that was too bad. Everyone was very nice. Ask for Chiquita she was great ! When I came out after I was done. The waiting room was packed so I suggest either making an appointment or getting there at 7am

Definitely not clean. I was there two and a half hours for a 1 hour blood test and although I reminded them numerous times they never took my second draw on time and blamed me. After wasting one day there I was told theyd have to repeat the test another day.

My experience was very good. I made an online appointment and was there less than an hour. Tina and everyone else were very friendly and professional. The facility is a little tired and the waiting area can get overcrowded.

Make an appointment! I was there over an hour and a half this morning for labwork. I heard others say theyve waited over two hours without an appointment. The place needs a good cleaning.

Andrea was amazing fast and it was pain free, got there at 8am got seen at 8:05am so I definitely recommend coming early so you can get in at out
