I went in for my glucose testing and had the pleasure of having Daisy as my phlebotomist. I talked to her about how difficult it is to find my veins and she assured me that shell do her best to make it quick, easy, and as painless as she could. She was a jewel. She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely gentle. She made this very uncomfortable situation more than manageable.

Waited over 90 minutes and then another 45 in the blood draw room. My sample was NOT marked and was thrown in with several unmarked vials. Doctor has not received it after 2 weeks. This place should be closed down.

This is the first time Ive ever left a lab in a better mood than which Id arrived. I was in and out in about 15 minutes [3pm on a Thursday]. Daisy was my phlebotomist-- she was extremely efficient and kind.

I usually go to the lab on Mahan, but this one is so much better. Cleaner, faster, and the technicians are very gentle and kind. Wish I would have come here from the beginning.

Appointments obviously do not have priority over walk ins here. Its just ridiculous. They are so poorly ran. You would think something could be done.
