As of now it is 10:14, and my sons have yet to be called. We arrived at 9:20 am. I am a registered nurse, and great customer services account for about 90% of what I do. There is no one at the front desk to greet people. Im assuming they do not have a dedicated customer service representative. The phone constantly rings. I know for a fact that several of the customers , my sons included, had to fast this morning prior to having lab work done. This service is unacceptable! When calling the customer to the back, they state, "Im ready for you, glad youre here". It doesnt sound sincere. The staff here could benefit from customer service etiquette.

Completely unacceptable attitudes. No professionalism whatsoever. No care for anyones time. No regard for those with an appointment. No one sitting at the front desk to even ask if you have an appointment. You are told to sign in and theyll be with you and that is all. I got to my appointment 15 min early and then I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to ask why my appointment wasnt being upheld. I am sure I wouldve had to wait at least another 30 minutes if I hadnt spoken up. Horrible customer service. I know your job sucks, but if you cant do it with dignity find another one!

Do not ever take your babies to this place for blood work! My daughter had to be stuck three times today for a lead test. My child was writhing in pain & screaming bloody murder as they dug a needle in her arm as I had to hold her down. Two technicians could not get any blood from her. I had to stop them. They arent equipped to take blood from babies with small veins so DO NOT even waste your time. We waited 2 1/2 hours for this. I am never returning to this place & I am finding a new pediatrician.

I dont even think this place deserves one star. But you have to give them something in order to rate them. The employees at this place are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. When you go and sit for over an hour and a half and only three people have went before you. You ask how long it may be and they tell you about another hour .... Not real sure how this place stays in business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!!!

Although the check in process is unattended. Terri drew my 2 year old daughters blood and did a great job doing so. She was patient and very proficient in doing so. Hopefully I wouldnt have to return. But if I do I would appreciate working with Terri.

This must be the worst labcorp office ever! I have been waiting for almost two hours to get blood work done. The technicians move as if they are stepping through a river of molasses. Do not go here if you can help it.

The doctor has an appointment for a test to be done at a specific time but this place cant seem to get there act together. Never had to have an appointment at a lab but this place is the pits. Very unprofessional.
