Just went by today to get a titer for Hep B. I was in and out in less than 5 min. The front Administrative Lady/Nurse was friendly and she was the one who also did the titers for me. (instead of waiting around for the other nurses/employees to finish and get to me). I didnt want to give a complete 5 since all I had to do was get a titer that the Norcross LabCorp couldnt do the previous week. But besides that the Norcross LabCorp did a awesome job too with my wifes physical and her titers. (furthermore, I had trouble in the past with being a difficult person to draw blood from). -just try to avoid busy hours and know that they are closed during lunch break. (since they have to eat like everyone else). I went on Tuesday late morning. -Thank you for giving awesome deals to GA-PCOM students! (when most other places charges ridiculous prices for a simple lab tests)

Made appointment online and provided my email address phone number etc. and when I arrived there was a note on the door saying they were closed due to flooding. Given that they had my contact information, the proper thing to do would be to contact me so as not to waste my time and money getting there. I could have tried to arrange to go to an alternate location, but after reading the all one star reviews of the alternate location Im not sure that would have worked out well either. Note, I did get an email from them confirming my appointment, so if they could do that, they surely could have sent me one cancelling it.

Staff was friendly. I made an appointment online prior to arrival. Lobby was full when I arrived. Mostly walk ins going in and out as I noticed the appointments calendar was empty. I had no priority over the walk ins so making an appointment was a complete waste of time. Why have an appointment system if it doesnt speed up the process during registration or help with wait times? Next time Ill just not make an appointment. Frustrating as I have a very busy schedule and time is important to me.

Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Long wait times and the office seemed overall disorganized. I just needed to get my blood drawn and had to wait over an hour. Once I got in, I told the "nurse" that I am very queasy and pass out easily when getting blood drawn. She didnt seem to care and would not even let me lay down while getting the blood drawn. She didnt even seem to know what she was going as she barely found the vein and it hurt so badly I almost screamed. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pro: the facility is clean and staff is friendly Con: The front door says they only take appts now, no walk ins. I had an appt at 10:30AM, didnt get seen until 11:45AM. Whats the point of an appt?! Waste of my time because I couldve just came in at 9AM when they opened and signed in early. They need more staff working if they cant keep up with their patient volume. Tip: if you have an appt, come in at least 30 min before your appt time.

As a healthcare professional, drug test are the norm. I found this one in my area, went in, had my paper work and ids ready. I was signed in, went thru chain of custody, and was out in 15 minutes. Now, it’s time for another test and I will be going back. Quick, professional, and clean.

Despite having made an appointment ahead of time, the staff let other drop-ins go ahead of me. I ended up waiting about 20+ extra minutes. This is an appointment only location. Dont make other people wait because you didnt register.

This place is so much nicer and more informative that the Johns Creek location. They actually speak to you and inform you of what is going on. So even if you may have a wait you know why!
