Rude Rude Rude. They certainly do not value their clients nor do they make any effort towards customer service. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone and they seem to have a difficult with simple tasks (such as pulling up a valid client ID before turning a way a candidate reporting for a drug screen). Additionally, when you do get someone on the phone, the only response is "well I didnt do that, you will have to call when the other person is here". So I replied, do you have a better number or can you have this person call me? and the response was "no I cant, you will have to call when they are here".

Staff turned me away since my insurance was UHC Medicare Advantage. My insurance does allow me to use Quest, but is considered out of network. They did not seem to mind 6 days ago when they looked at my ID and insurance card and gave me a urine collection container. She was adamant and sent me away. I have used this location for many years. The quality and attitudes of the staff have deteriorated. There is no excuse! I will find another lab in the future.

Rude, slow, and did not keep records of having an appointment. Did not get called up until 10 minutes after my appointment time and was asked "what do you want" even though it was specified on my appointment! She quickly moved past me to the next person. Go elsewhere for your lab needs! Dreadful place, it is.

The staff is very slow and rude. Had to wait over 30 minutes with an appointment. Avoid this location at all costs.
