I am absolutely terrified of needles, and stressed about getting bloodwork for the entire month leading up to today. I called ahead and spoke with Ms. Rhonda to help calm some of my unease. I still panicked once I got in the chair, but Ms. Rhonda was patient, calming, and extremely kind as she talked me off the edge of hysteria and kept the promise that itd be quick. She even got me to laugh a few times. Though I hope I never have to do anymore tests that involve needles ever again, i will return to this location if I must. Ms. Rhonda has gained my trust.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! NURSE WORKING AT THIS LOCATION WAS THE BEST!!! WENT TO GET LAB WORK WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY EARLIER IN THE MORNING AND HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY MORNING. FOUND THIS LOCATION AFTER SEARCHING ONLINE. NURSE WORKING AT THIS LOCATION WAS THE BEST!!! EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, WELCOMING ATTITUDE, SUCH A SWEET HEART. SHE DID PAPER WORK AND DREW BLOOD IN SUCH A FAST MANNER. EXTREMELY CONVENIENT!!! THIS IS MY PLACE OF CHOICE FROM NOW ON FOR ANY TESTING.LOVE IT!!!

Ms. Runda is awesome at what she does. She is so good at making you feel at ease when it comes to getting your blood drawn and is very knowledgeable about all the test in the office. She takes the time to answer any questions you may have and actually listens to you. I have been to some of the other locations and the people there has not been as nice. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing lab work!!

I have veins that are difficult to access, but she has always accomplished the task effectively and painlessly. Rhonda rocks!
