This company drew 4 vials of blood, then lost them along with all paperwork or traces of any order for lab work from my doctor. It took me and staff members from a new doctors office several hours, with runarounds, dropped calls, transfers to non-existent voicemail, and all-around overwhelming incompetence, to finally reach a supervisor, who found me in their system but insisted there was no order for me. Something is SERIOUSLY wrong when a lab loses 4 vials of your blood!

She Knows

Dear phlebotomist, I am currently having trouble typing this due to my blood draw last week. The blood draw itself was fine, it was afterwards when putting the cotton swab bandage on that you pressed down very hard on that area of my arm. There is a nerve in there and many people like me are getting our blood drawn because we have pain issues . Please be more gentle. Thank you.

So I came into Quest today and they systems was down. It was a lady at the door and a very tall guy standing in the front window and she told me she couldnt take my blood because she had no idea of the tube to draw. The tall guy took my lab paper told me to hold tight for a second and he came right back and took me in. Drew my blood without a problem. Quick fast and easy!

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! The staff are practically brain dead. I have never gone and been seen at the time of my appointment. I always end up waiting forty five minutes. The staff members are so rude its unbelievable. They act like drawing your blood is a huge inconvenience for them. Honestly theyre awful.

I went on a weekday around 2 PM to get blood drawn and was in and out within 20 mins. They guy who checked me in and drew my blood was nice. The office was a little messy but overall this place was quick and easy!
