I have been bringing my son to this LabCorp site for approx 4 years. At first I was a little intimidated by the stern look on one of the nurses faces, but I have changed my tune. She is the most knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable nurse I have encountered anywhere. My son requires monthly blood work.. His doctors office often forgets to send in a new Rx to LabCorp when his standing order is about to expire. Since the doctors office is not keeping track like they should, this nurse has taken it upon herself to keep track and nudge the doctors office several weeks before the current order expires. She is going above and beyond her job requirements for no reward, just out of the goodness of her heart. There is another LabCorp location closer to our home, but I prefer this Mount Vernon location because that nurse has been a godsend for us. You folks who think she appears too stern or off-putting, you are missing a gem of a nurse! Try giving her a smile and a "thank you" for a job well-done. You might just get a smile in return. :-)

Staff was NOT at all pleasant, they were angry on something and showing their attitude like I am begging for the test. I took 5 seconds to get into the room so she said you wasted my time and I dont want to take any sample. I asked her do you want me to wait outside she said do whatever you want, after some time she took the test but showing disrespect as if I wasted few hours. They were not giving any instructions on how to perform the test. This was real bad experience I ever had in my life. Please be ready for the insult if you want to go to this location of LabCorp for any testing.

Had a horrible experience here today. Both the Afro-American nurses who attended to me were rude and exhibited very hostile behavior (our of racist prejudices?). Never saw such rude nurses in this country ! They were shouting instructions on me and treating me as though I made mistakes !! It was as though they were conducting some school examination and punishing the customers for each and every small question asked or mistake made. Hate this place and I wish I could report their behavior to their managers.

Always pleasant when I arrive here. Make sure that you do schedule an appointment first, because those with appointments are seen before walk-ins. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes (I went ahead of the walk-ins). The guy that draws my blood is always very nice and very talented with taking my blood. Again, I recommend you make an appointment first. Ive been here about 3 or 4 times.

The two women who work the front were rude, unhelpful and shouldnt be working in a customer service business. The new male employee was the only person who was halfway nice. Do not go to this location unless you dont care about how youre treated. I will never go to this lab again.

Poor customer service. 3 people left over long wait while I was there. Pay parking - no hope for under 30 minutes free. Choose another location if you have the option.
