The poorest lab I had attended for my drug screening test. Front desk was professional. However the lab tech was so bad. I came here on Monday 3:50 pm, before I came, I checked their office hour was open till 5:00pm. So when arrived, I filled the form and asked reception to make sure I was not running late. The front desk accepted my form and told me I was just in time since they took registration by 4:00pm. Front desk told me I was last two and there was two tech before he left the office. I waited there for one hours and 30 min. I start doubt the lab was close since no staffs show up. After we call hello, one lab tech come out and tell us (there were two client came after 4 pm), today closed I need came tomorrow. I told her, I was arrived before 4pm showned her that I was accepted. And she even not listen and overlooked the people behind us, who need do blood test. I interrupted and told her I was earlier and came before 4 pm. She realized her mis-order and agreed I should be the one after I protest. She said no word even a sorry. However my miserable did not end. When came to the test room, the lab tech looked very unpleasant, and still not out the mode of bad altitude. She kept on the phone to complain about there were too many clients, and she cannot get home on time. She instructed me like I was criminal in front of police officer with bad altitude. I feel sorry she cannot off job as she liked to, but it was not my fault. And I cannot explain why I was sat there for one hour waiting and has no idea what she was doing during the 4pm to 5pm. It was bad day for me, but hope it was not that bad everyday for her. The poor management and completely unprofessional lab tech.

Where do they get these people from? This year the nurse who worked with me had no smile in her voice or face, some other nurse was complaining about management while I was there, the nurse/front desk person at 9:15am on 07/11/2017 seemed reluctant to take my BP reading again after explaining that I have white coat, in which the 2nd BP reading was a lot better. Then, she acts like it was a surprise when my 2nd reading was better. Last year, the guy/nurse just volunteered to check it again because he knew it was a Biometric screening. Also, at 1st, she seemed to be nonchalant when I asked for a second check. She kept asking me to hold my arm straight out like Ive never had taken a blood pressure check before, in which I do it a doctors office all the time. Then, once I stated that me and my brother had been on BP meds since our mid 20s, she said that my parents gave us BAD GENES!!! No kidding, she said that my parents gave us BAD GENES!! Who says that? What kind professional person says that? My cardiologist hasnt never said that, my primary doctor hasnt never said that!! Oh, I forgot to add that they didnt even bother putting in my 2nd BP reading on my Biometric results after I calmed down, in which every specialist that I go to puts that in because they know that people have white coat. I will never go back to this location again!! Yall will be better off just going to your regular primary care doctor for biometrics. Somebody that knows your history or has some experience. And, I would agree with what Jasmina said in the other review below! Other nurses coming in talking while you trying to relax is just more evidence of being unprofessional.

This Quest Diagnostics Lab Center is HORRIBLE! Ive brought my grandmother up here four times for a sodium level check and every time we come our visit gets worse. Today we came in with my three year old daughter and she had to use the restroom. Two staff members stood there and stared inpatiently as we finished up. Both women continued to give us an evil glare and were not professional at all. On top of that they didnt even have the paperwork for my grandmother, this will make the third time it has happened even though she made an appointment and called ahead. This location is a complete joke! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!

I have been to this location twice for work-related screenings. I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about, but its always been a pleasant in-and-out experience for me. I sign in at the front for my appointment, wait 5 minutes, and then Im in back getting my screenings done. Last Friday, I went in for Biometrics. The lab technician/phlebotomist was really chill, professional, got her accurate readings, performed her blood draws flawlessly. I was out the door within 15 minutes. I recommend going during the lunch hour. There was maybe one person in front of me.

Sitting in the waiting room and although its clean and easy check in process kiosk. Theres no one at the front desk. And I can hear in the back Blaring music and loud chatter from employees. The door is open to their break room and theyre completely disregarding that people are here. I do love though the screen in the lobby that shows your wait time to be seen. Although it doesnt look like the employees are going to be following through on the five minute wait time thats listed on the screen. Its been much longer so far. And no ones moving from the break room "fun".

Very unprofessional. From their sidd bar convos to walking into the room to get my blood taken and the girl sittig on her phone not even taking a second to look over nd says "u can have a seat" with a nasty attitude i was right about to walk out. Ur at work leave ur cell phone alone and do ur job. U dont get paid to text paragraphs while ur patient is in the room. i should have left bc it took 2 weeks for my blood work to be RECIEVED and i ended up doin it again!!!!! What kind of place is this? Not a professional facility and this place needs new management

Yes, the earlier reviewers were correct - service here is chaotic at best. Folks in the front office act as if it was their first day (maybe first hour) on the job. Patience is required. The techs in the back room seem to know their job (thank Goodness!). I would blame the issues here on the management teams poor choices. Lack of training, Im guessing, poor compensation, and under staffing. Clearly a, "profits over patient service" management style. Alas, much too common these days.

I used to go to a Quest lab, now closed, and got fast service. The corporate dimwits have eliminated too much staff, causing prolonged waits. You cant close 3 labs and replace them with one. Three technicians is not enough for the volume of patients. It makes money for them but the service is lame. Expect to wait 45 minutes. However, once you do get service the staff are very friendly and efficient. And quite over-worked. When I left there were about 20 patients waiting. Good luck!

My appointment was at 8:30, I arrived at 8:20 and was taken back about 8:45. The staff was courteous and professional. Dee took my sample and put me at ease (I was nervous about fainting since I hadnt eaten anything). She was polite and efficient. All-in-all a good experience. A much better experience than other labs Ive been to. Tip: I overheard another patient asking about drug screening and they dont do drug screenings until after 9:00am.
