Been calling trying to ask one simple question concerning my son taking a DNA test on yesterday with the morrow ga location. I just so happen to get 2 unprofessional workers on the phone that kept putting me on speaker phone and therefore could not hear me so they hung up. Had to call the tucker office to get my question answered and to make a complaint. I will not stop there by the way. Mind you the representative at the other location could hear me just fine moments later. My thing is if you dont want to be at work, then dont come. Im normally the nicest person In the world but I cant stand unprofessional people in the workplace. I dont know if it was the call center or what, but they were VERY unprofessional. Manager from morrow location just called me back and she could hear me just fine. Whoever those 2 workers were needs to be reprimanded ( 1 female and 1 gentleman with an African accent)

Office was closed at the time of my appointment and waited 35 mins before someone arrived. I was told I would have to wait cause two other walk-ins checked in before I did.
