Makes No Sense How Rude and Unprofessional they are. I had my lab form on my phone and "manager" told me it has to be printed. I asked if I could email it for her to print out. She literally folded her arms and said "No"!! I asked her if there was any other way I could get the form to her and her reply was "go to printing place and print it and bring it back"! I used my intellect and asked my recruiter to fax the form to them. Recruiter reports that All they needed was the order # and that she should not have demanded a printed copy of the form. So form was faxed and "Manager" accepted it. Why do "WE" have to be so Ugly?! Very Sad for her that she feels the need to be so Nasty!!

Michelle very rude...first she called me so someone was standing at the window so Im waiting she screaming my name again. Im like Im right here. She stated come threw the door. Im thinking how do I know that. She ask to put my things in lock box. Fine but I have to pick up nasty key then use the restroom to do the drug test. She huffing and puffing cuz Im like why do touch nasty key when we have to touch our private parts. .smh I will not come back to this location. Michelle if you dont like to answer questions or dont like your job at the end of the day. Get another job

Michelle for one was very rude & unprofessional. After I provided a urine sample for a drug screening for my employer, she tried to tell me it wasnt enough, when clearly it was. She then proceeded with my paperwork. In a hurry I initialed & signed paperwork that she handed me without thoroughly reading because I was just so ready to get out of there. My employer calls me hours later to inform me that Labcorp had mixed up my tests results with someone elses & I unknowingly signed off on it. So I have to retake test. Talking about PISSED!!!

I scheduled an appointment but of course they still had an hour long wait. I was the only person at that time frame to even have an appointment! Totally unprofessional. Also make sure you double check your map because the website is wrong and you will pull up at a heart health clinic and you will have to drive 5 more minutes to reach the actual labcorp office.

The web states the location closes at 5pm. Once I arrived about 5 after 4pm they had a sign on the door that says they close at 4:30. Well I walked in and waited for the lady to come to the desk. She walks up at 4:20 and tells me she stop doing drug screens at 4:00..... I really feel like she was just ready to go home so she didnt complete my drug screen

Awful costumer service. I was treated horribly. I came in for a routine drug screen for an employer. The lady at the desk was rude and judgmental, like I was some criminal. Severely unprofessional. I dont believe I have ever been so disrespected, ever. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Website says they close at 5. I called ahead, couldnt get a live person but recording said no appointment necessary. I arrived at 3:45 and was turned away because they stop accepting people at 3:30. Why not just say you close at 3:30???

I will never come to this location again, theyre so slow! I waited in here for an hour. The staff is rude, she tried to get me to keep my credit card on file without my consent. Youre not able to do that, and it stinks in here.

One of the worst clinics Ive been to. I scheduled an appointment and still waiting over an hour for simple blood work. Was skipped by everyon doing drug testing and the staff was very rude and u professional.

The lady at the front desk is very rude and she lacks customer service. She really needs a behind the scenes type of job because her attitude is horrible smh. Just not friendly. AT ALL!!!
