Unfortunately I cannot rate this facility as less than one star, but certainly would if I could do so. The front staff I have met on 5 previous occasions are two wonderful African American ladies , who were pleasant , and helpful, and made my visit a pleasure, ( oh by the way Im white), for you race baiters. Yesterday I had the displeasure of encountering another lady (W/F), who was rude and unpleasant, and stated to me at one point , " we need a credit card on file to charge you for services your insurance does not pay " I asked is this mandatory, and she replied "NO" and I replied "then Im not giving you a card , due to numerous overcharges by insurance billings , for monies I cannot get back in a timely fashion", she then held out her hand for my paper form not looking at me , and I informed her I had gone through great pains to insure my primary, had already placed the request with them, via electronic transfer ,and then" she said Im sorry youre having a bad day", and I said " I wasnt till I came in here", actually I was going to go home relax mow and drink beer. Anyway the place is not clean and the most important commodity( their employees ), are hurt by a caustic employee such as I encountered . It occurred to me that the clientele is not the" Killearn Hoity toity", and people are treated as such, and this is just wrong. people of limited income need healthcare too, and I was now enlightened as to how they are treated.

Okay so this was my first time at a place like this. Im not a fan. The atmosphere is dingy and smelly. Most of the employees were polite-ish (but there always has to be that one girl who cant control herself). I really think this place was seriously understaffed for today. I had an appointment at 9:00am. At 9:30 i hadnt been called yet. So, I approached the receptionists/nurses to asked if I would be seen soon because I had no idea how busy they would be. I was trying not to be annoyed because they were obviously busy and behind. At 9:55, I had to ask for my paperwork back so I could leave because I had another appointment at 10:30 (of course they didnt know that and probably wouldnt have cared). The phlebotomist walked up at that time and said it would only take her a few minutes. I stayed and was able to leave right at 10....but dang man! Thats a long time with an appointment. I feel sorry for the people without an appointment. Ill have to ask my doctor about other options for blood work....I cant see myself coming back, again.

Went in with a valid lab sheet which the doctor had not marked what lab tests wanted done. The doctors phone number was clearly marked on the lab sheet. Instead of calling the doctor to find out what lab tests needed to be done, receptionists wrote "VOID" in big letters, making that lab sheet useless and making it so I had to go back to my personal physician to get another lab sheet, making it so I missed my lab tests and making it so I had to postpone and reschedule my appointment with my specialist for 4 weeks later on a medical condition which was considered very serious. There seems to be no thought or consideration for the needs of Lab Corps customers. Is "rudeness" one of the qualifications that Lab Corp looks for when it hires its receptionists?

Came in to an empty waiting room so that was a positive. Said a bright and cheery good morning to the ladies behind the glass. Was greeted with them continuing their conversation about how one of them was suing someone and was going to get "all her money". That was followed by "you got your insurance card" and then "theyll call you in a minute". I havent made to the back yet and Im the only one here :). Im going to blame it on Christmas Eve and them not wanting to be here. I refuse to believe that the customer service is this bad. Thanking God for good health and only having to deal with this once every two years :)

Most of the staff are very rude. They are entitled and basically look for opportunities to treat you like dirt. A lot of times they will just not do their job, lie, or fail to communicate but they never appologize or try to fix it. All they care about is getting as many tests done as possible so they are horribly impersonal. They really couldnt be worse at customer service if they tried. The place is also unclean and unpleasant. Do not go there if you can avoid it because there is a high chance you will end up so frustrated with their lack of basic respect towards you you will wish you didnt.

Avoid!!!!!! Signed in, waited 30 minutes watched as they called other patients that walked in behind me, finally when i was only one left they asked my name I stated I had been there 30 minutes, nurse was very unprofessional acting as if I had the nerve to complain, finally another 10 minutes of waiting I walked up to counter and asked for my paperwork back, the girl behind the counter who was calling the names then stated the other girl had skipped me? If they cannot follow a simple call them as they arrive type program how can you trust them with your lab results? Very unprofessional!

Sat for 45 minutes in a packed waiting room. Understood I would probably have to wait a while....especially since I didnt make an appointment. When I realized I was still waiting while NEW people were being called back, I went to the window to see why I was still waiting and realized I had been skipped. The person was nice enough, but there was no apology and I had to continue to wait an additional 15 minutes before being called. Beyond irritated.

I have been going here since 2007 and have had VERY FEW GOOD EXPERIENCES!!! I understand that everyone has a bad day...but these folks take that to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL!!! Very inattentive...rude attitudes....SLOW as SLOTHS IN HIBERNATION....no kidding...would suggest driving a little further & going to a differect office...without a doubt go to another office!!!

I arrived at 1:08 on a Wednesday. Checked in immediately, was called back a few minutes later, blood taken by a pleasant lady and out the door at 1:16. I was amazed as it is usually packed! I do think it would help the morale of the staff and clients if the decor was updated as it is a little drab.

I looked up LabCorp website info to make an appointment. I called their local number and the auto message is the worst. No operator is available. You are asked to type in the persons name that youre trying to reach. Im trying to make an appointment!!!!

Made an appointment. Still waiting 30 minutes after appointment time. Why take appointments if you can keep them? This place reminds me of a dirty convenient store bathroom.

Staff very RUDE! I arrived shortly before closing. Staff person saw me coming and immediately locked door and slammed in my face!!! Unacceptable behavior!
