My daughter had an appointment May 06th 2016 at 3.15pm at 4275 JOHNS CREEK PKWY STE B SUWANEE, GA 30024.The behavior of the FEMALE technician on duty at this time was very inappropriate and plain rude! From past experience, we know for certain that my daughter will faint when her blood is drawn. She ask the very nice male technician if she could lay down during her blood work. He told her that this would be no problem, but he himself would not be be able to draw the blood this way since he is to tall (?). He led us in a room with a"bed" so my daughter could lay down and then hen went to call in the "reinforcement". SHE entered the room with No "Hello"., No "How are you?" instead her first question -more like a statement- "So we have a whimp here !" I had ask her repeatedly NOT to call my daughter a whimp ! She ignored my request, did talk back to me and insisted on calling her that 3-4 times right to my and my daughters face. Who gives HER the right to call my daughter names. This was not only very inappropriate and uncalled for, it was plain rude and very unprofessional. In stead, she should have given my daughter the up most respect and professional courtesy every patient/customer deserves coming to the lab. Furthermore as somebody working in this line of work, she should be aware of this condition which is called Syncope. If SHE cannot conduct HERSELF in a professional manner, then I suggest SHE should not be working in this line of work.

Every bit of my experience was absolutely unnacceptable! This location was utterly unprofessional for my entire experience. I had a scheduled appointment and the employee that called me back did not even bring me to a room. She handed me my fecal collection kits in the doorway to the waiting room with zero regard for my privacy as a patient. I asked about how the kits worked and she gave me a ton of attitude like it was beyond her responsibilities to explain and as if I was ignorant for wanting to make sure I handled my side of things correctly. I chose to leave and call back to try and get instruction from different labcorp personel. I called the location for a week with no answer and no returned voicemails. This is unnacceptable for a medical institution. Finally I was forced to contact national customer service for labcorp and wasted 45 minutes on hold and being transferred. Still on hold still no sampling instructions. This place is the worst. Incompetence runs rampant here and I will avoid the frustration of dealing with this location in the future. I live right down the road but will definitely be making the drive to a different location next time. Update: Customer service just disconnected me after another 35 minutes of hold time. No call back. No further information. Furious.

I made my appointment last week. You knew it was an employment drug screen. You also knew that your plumbing was out for weeks and that no drug screening could be done. Yet you let me make the appointment and then show up for the appointment only to find out that I made the entire trip in vain. What a waste of time and gas. If there was a way to do all future lab testing with another company, I would, because you have not the slightest regard for anyone. And, by the way, part of making the appointment includes providing phone number and email address, so you had multiple ways to reach me and let me know that the testing could not be done. But I guess that would be too inconvenient for you.

The person who was working / administering the drug screens when I arrived went out of their way to help me. I just found out today that I had to get a drug screen for a job offer and it has to be done within 48 hours. The problem is I leave on a flight in the morning for a funeral and dont come back until the weekend. I didnt get the drug screen instructions until 3:58pm today and LapCorp stops screens at 4pm. I flew over there and arrived at 4:10pm and explained my situation and asked for advice and they allowed me to take the drug screen so my employment would not be delayed. Thank you!!

My wife had blood drawn this past Thursday at your location at 4275 Johns Creek Parkway by the employee named Nikki. She is very grateful for Nikki who was excellent. My wife was bracing for the needle insert, and it hardly hurt. The procedure was done almost painlessly, efficiently, and skillfully. Also in the past, my wife, at least once if not more at a doctors office or other lab, had a bruise where the blood was drawn. This time there is just a tiny mark. Thank you, Nikki, we appreciate you. =)

Do not choose this location! I arrived sharply at 8 am and the same lady who would take my blood later on, started to wash floors!!!! I was the only patient at that time and had to wait another 15 minutes when they will finish their "things to do" . I am wondering why cant they start 15 minutes earlier so customers who are fasting or need to go to work can be taken care of right away! Stuff was incompetent and unfriendly.

Worse customer service. Lucky for the rude guy working for the front people have to use this place because otherwise he would probably be without a job ever. They dont explain their protocol. When you have a "drop off" they dont explain its basically a full appointment wait time. Even my doctor trying to prepare me for their rudeness and lack of customer service. He was 100%correct!

My phlebotomist was phenomenal. Barely even felt a pinch for the blood draw, and wasnt uncomfortable in the slightest. Im not a big fan of blood draws, but she made the experience wonderful. I didnt catch her name but she has long dark hair, kind of tall and curvy with perfect winged eyeliner. Seriously the most pleasant lab work Ive ever had.

This place was absolutely horrible. the people that work there were so rude. I was required to go here for school drug screen but I requested to go to quest instead because the people here were so rude to me. The worst customer service I have experienced in my life! do not go to this place!!! Highly recommend Quest on Northpoint

Get ready to wait. Had an 8:30 appointment. Arrived at 8:25 Still waiting at 9:00. Only here for a wellness blood draw. Whats the point of having an appointment if they cant keep it. Once in though the tech was very thorough and the blood draw was completely painless she knows her job and does it very well.

Despite the terrible reviews this was the closest Labcorp to me so I decided to try them anyways for some routine bloodwork. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant and personable. The wait time was about 15 minutes. And the phlebotomist was professional, quick, and painless as well. Thank you!

The worst customer service I have ever had, rude, nonprofessional, they dont care about the people they serve or about the business, very concerning , I wont let those employee insert a needle in me, zero trust, it is shameful the lab corp will allow this kind of practice.
