The closing time should be when they stop taking people, went in 15 min ahead of closing and was not allowed to sign in because a blood test would take "to long" and they would not be able to close by 5. I assume this means doing their paper work for the day. I left work early to get there before 5 and showed up just to be turned away so now I have to leave work again even earlier just to get there. I mean really a 3 min blood draw couldnt be done 15 minutes before closing. Change your times so people know not to walk in 15-20 min before closing. I could understand if there was a wait but there was no one, and it was for one blood draw which Ive done multiple times it does not take long at all....

Not enough staff to handle doing the work, being at the front desk and taking care of paperwork simultaneously, especially if safety is important. One employee at a time allows anyone to come in, and no one to even know
