You cant talk to the Doctor, unless you have an appointment. The staff/training nurse cant help you. Ive been calling for over a week, trying to get a refill on my prescription. The only response I get is the sound of a fax machine. This is my fist review ever in life. I felt that it was much needed because this facility need to be investigated. The only concern they have is getting Obama Care, Medicade, and or whatever cash/insurance is available. The concern of a patient is poor... Its really sad, I am not the who participate in reviews. I dont like making a business look bad. However, we are talking about people health. I stop waiting for the doctor and went to a real OBGYN. Gwinnett medical was attentive and given me the referrals I needed..

These people will not refill a medication I have been taking for 20 years (lisinopril). I cant get anyone to answer the telephone or return my calls. I even went to the office to ask for a refill. The nurse told me she would contact my pharmacy to refill. She did not. This is a high blood pressure medication not a schedule c. If I drop dead because of this, I will encourage my wife to sue this Mickey Mouse club. Im a better fit to run this office than the uncaring people who work here. Stay Away from this place if you know what is good for you.

Just moved here from out of state. Didnt know anywhere to go. Found this dr office online. Did not know it was for uninsured people which is no excuse for a dr office to be so dirty. Waited in the dr office an hour and a half on my first visit to see the dr. When she came in she never apologized for the wait. I was having headaches which I felt was due to an ear infection. Immediately after she prescribed me antibiotics she wanted to run blood tests. NEXT!!!!!

This is the worst experience ever. This place NEVER answers the phone, I called over a week ago and no refill for my prescription. Last time I had to physically go up to the office to get in touch with anyone..very unprofessional and they simply do not care. Take my advice, stay AWAY from this place.

Sat for 40 minutes just to see if a Dr would see me....still didnt get an answer so I walked out...Really unprofessional
