vary bad I saw Dr Dean A Grace, and I was getting sick from the mold I was exposed to working at a older trailer park. Having a hard time breathing and a itchy and red eye. He said that the eye was not work related and did not treat me and told me to see my doctor. I saw my doctor and also a specialist and they both believe it to be. I was advised to quit my job or I might have permanent health problems so I did so and shortly after doing so my eye problems went away. So now I am out of a job with no insurance and stuck with a bill that should have been workers comp thanks to Dr Dean A Grace.

When I came here a month ago the office staff was very nice and friendly. Today I bring my husband in for a DOT physical and the two girls at front desk was rude, talk fast and sharp like talked down she dont have a name tag on but the ones name was Alexia and when we first arrived another jammed my thumb with door when she was coming out with a empty wheelchair. I wouldnt want to refer anyone to come after today . It just a shame when we are the ones that give them their paycheck

Horrible. Dr. Grace has no bed side manner. Wow. Hard to discuss anything with him . He spends a lot of time in the front office behind closed doors with the office supervisor. Im glad my company stopped using them. Faster and more efficient facilitys exist in Livingston County. People waiting for appointment while social visiting amongst workers goes on. If you ask any questions it seems to annoy them, especially Mr Grace.

When a receptionist says its not my job and is rude uuuuuuuugh!!!!!!!!!!! I can only hope shes not the one giving out the shots and would definitely not take my kids there!!!!!!!

I was in and out in an hour and 40 minutes. Had to do a background check and drug test for an employer. Everything went very smoothly and very professionally

Everything was fine, minus the wait time for a simple drug screening. Maybe prioritizing easy procedures over longer things would help reduce wait times.
