Fenton Healthcare is the WORST place to work at the supervisors and managers are very rude to the CENAS to the Extreme, They have nurses there that come to work high off pills and drunk and they been told on constantly but the Director of Nursing never does anything about it. Nurses that leaves unattended pills ar residents bedsides. They are never staffed they hired a new scheduler named brad that is very horrible at scheduling there are always holes in the schedule which leads to CENAS being mandated every day. He schedules fulltime CENAS 8-9 days straight without a day off which i feel is work abuse. It be multiple call-ins and you work short having over 20 residents a piece so residents dont get the full care they need do to poor staffing. The supervisors act Prejudice against Black People. The nurses dont help the CENAS at all and the only how help is offered is when STATE is in the building. They have a LPNs as Unit managers i thought only RNs could have those positions. The residents Bed sores are horrible because the nurses dont do thier treatments everyday like their supposed too. They are very unorganized on weekends there are never any briefs,cups, cup lids, soaps in stock not even towels washed which gives the CENAS a very hard time caring for the residents properly, like come on now no briefs in stock to put on residents. This place needs to be SHUTDOWN its so unsanitary and they put on a front when STATE is in the building. The Receptionist Diane would warn the staff when State is in the building because they know the place is not being ran right. The nurse Terry very rude to the residents many reports have been wrote about her but nothing has been done about it. I DONT ADVISE ANYBODY TO BRING THEIR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS TO FENTON HEALTHCARE WARNING WARNING WARNINGI wouldnt even put my DOG in Fenton Healthcare and as far as wanting to work here if you are a CENA you would Strongly hate this NEGATIVE job enviorment they should have a post on the door saying WELCOME TO HELLbecause that is what they give thier employees is HELL. DONT COME WORK HERE OR BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE THE SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS ARE EVIL, DONT DO IT I WILL NEVER COME WORK BACK AT THIS PLACE IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!
