Ive gone to three different Chiropractors since 2012 and this is by far one of the best. The staff is extremely friendly and already know who I am even though Ive only been going there for two and a half weeks. Ive seen two of the doctors and both were extremely kind and seemed like they truly wanted to help. They were very positive about my treatment and were very knowledgeable. Which I have not had with my past experiences at other chiropractors, it was a refreshing change. I also greatly appreciate the traction and relaxing time before the adjustment. Before Ive had places do it after and it only resulted in a need for a second adjustment right away. Already I am having reduced headaches and pain. I highly recommend this place to anyone, even my fiance started going to this place and likes it.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Nicole for about 6 months. I have been active for many years and have a very physical job. I often get headaches and suffer from low back pain. I have been to many other chiropractors before and Dr. Nicole offered more educational material about chiropractic care than any other office that I have ever been to. From education to treatment to resources Dr. Nicole really goes the extra mile to help you understand what is going on with your body. Dr. Rushford has been treating me for over 3 years, my back has steadily improved and I recommend him to my friends with back problems. I have had back problems since 1987, with little warning my back would seize up, resulting in back spasms that were previously treated with medication. Dr. Rushford provided me with an at home excersize program and an affordable preventative plan that has resulted in this steady improvement. I find Dr. Rushford to be easily approachable, sincerely interested in me, my health and he provides quality care. This is the 1st internet recommendation I have ever made.

Ive been running a lot lately. Im training for an ultra marathon at the end of April. Im not a good cold weather runner, so Ive been doing my daily workouts on a treadmill. As a result, Ive been experiencing some sharp pain in my knees, both of them, in the same place. Ive been running through the pain because it was worse when I started than when I finished. Dr. Rushford treated them on Friday, and on Saturday I ran 14 miles pain free. You cannot beat that. To run pain free is the greatest feeling in the world to me. Well, almost the greatest. Second greatest. No. Third. Anyway, thanks!

Ive dealt with terrible tension headaches for the past 20 years, and Id never thought to try a chiropractor. Upon a recommendation of a good friend, I started seeing Dr. Kuhlman a few months ago. The difference has been night and day! I rarely if ever get headaches anymore, and when they happen they are quite mild in comparison to how they were previously. I also really appreciate Dr. Kuhlmans approach. He takes the time to answer any questions and makes patients comfort a priority as well. Very highly recommended!

Dr. Rushford and his excellent team create a great chiropractic experience. Both Dr. Rushford and the office assistants take time to get to know their clients and create a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Rushford is very knowledgeable and can directly target and treat symptoms of discomfort or pain. I always feel better leaving his office than I do coming in. Based on my experiences at Hands on Health, I would recommend them to anyone that is in search of phenomenal chiropractic care.

I started seeing Dr. Rushford in June of 2013. Years of hunching over at my computer resulted in a forward neck lean that was progressively getting worse. In a little under a year Dr. Rushford corrected that. I continue getting adjustments to maintain proper alignment. Lately, I’ve been taking full advantage of the far infrared sauna in the office.
