**Edited to add** Upon posting this review under the original business name "First Natural Wellness" (not sure why they are operating under two names), I received a call from the office manager. She asked if I could come in to see if we could come to some kind of resolution. I drove 45 minutes to find the resolution was giving me my money back and telling me they dont want to work with me. All due to my review and my dissatisfaction with the physician (one of many that work in the office). I again reiterated my anxiety and was told I need to control my emotions. Which is true, but not necessarily something you tell a patient with anxiety, depression, and ptsd. Ill say it again, avoid this place if you want a comfortable environment. I went somewhere else same day and paid a better rate as well. I was told they have never given anyone their money back, Ive never given anyone a one star review. This was my first experience getting certified and it was absolutely terrible. First I will start by saying that the office staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. This review solely reflects on the "physicians" they have working with patients, more specifically Dr. Anthony Schultz. I have debilitating anxiety and was told I was a baby because I wanted my significant other in the room with me, he told me my boyfriend could get out or we could leave. I let him know the office staff gave the okay for him to come back and he argued with me that they didnt. Even when I said they didnt make it very clear, he argued that they did when he was not in the room to begin with. I was also told my cancer was "nothing". The cancer that required plastic surgery to repair the damage done to my face. He apologized once he realized I was crying and in a full blown panic attack and tried to play nice. His office staff even knew he was a jerk which speaks incredible volumes to me. Someone like this should never be working with patients in any kind of medical setting. It was incredibly unprofessional and honestly made me question his qualifications. If you want a compassionate physician who has the patient in mind, this is not the place for you.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET YOUR MEDICAL CARD. I got my card there. They over charge. Now I am looking for a new caregiver so I pod them to remove my current caregiver and now its been 2 months they havent removed my old one even though I already paid them for it and I have called them over 15 times and left a message about it and now when you call there mailbox is full. So basically they just kept my money and now will not return any calls or answer the phone. Also the kids who work there dont understand someone people are caregivers as a legit business and its not all just bullshit. Business is business and they really need to be more professional. Its ran like an illegal dope house with high prices. Do not recommend.

Made an appointment and still waited 2 hours. Had an emergency and the guys at the front made me wait over half an hour before passing an urgent message onto my mom. The third time I asked after having been blown off already, I demanded they pass the message onto her. Steve, the dark brown haired fellow, who is apparently the manager called me rude and impatient! This has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Highly unfriendly staff. Recommend against going here. They require a release of information (allowing them to send out patients medical records) and for patients to waive their rights under HIPAA. When questioned about this the owner gave a rude and nonsensical response. Furthermore they refused to return the information I provided to them during the visit. With his attitude its clear why the owner couldnt find a real job.

SHADY DOCTORS and SHADY organization if you want to call it a organization. It is ran by the same criminals that ran that first wellness place ( I asked around when i left and they just changed the name and location to run from their own bad reputation i guess). They tried to have me seen by a doctor that was not even licensed in Michigan and probably didnt have a license at all. Glad I knew how to look it up on my iphone!

I like the doctor but god dammit, heres a bit of advice - MAIL THE CHECK AND APPLICATION YOURSELF - DO NOT HAVE THEM MAIL IT FOR YOU AND PAY THE EXTRA! They SAT on my application for a week and a half before mailing it when they said they would mail it out the next day. Very disappointed folks. Youre doing a great service but that 21 business day thing just jumped out to 30+ days. Thanks but you lost my trust.

I love going to see my doctor. She has been so helpful and compassionate with my care. Today she caught something even my Primary Care Physician has missed for fifteen years. Have finally stopped taking opiates and can manage my pain! Thank you so much!
