Went in to be seen for a rash on my ankle. Didnt get any type of diagnosis from the doctor. After explaining that the pharmacy i used has to be changed because they no longer take my insurance,we switched to another pharmacist that does. After all said and done i go to pick up my rx the doctor prescribed something that my insurance doesnt cover at all. Call back the next day and was told the nurse would call me back, never did. Called back now the 3rd day and the doctor and nurse is out till the next day. So there is a reason this doctors office has 3 stars. Front desk is rude and not helpful what so ever. So now im forced to go to another doctor and start this crap all over again. Thanks for nothing. Ill go out of my way to another doctor than to go here right by my house. U guys honestly suck

The doctors at this clinic will take you off the medicine you were prescribed by another doctor (which was working) and prescribe medicine that the pharmaceutical company wants to push. After many many medicines and not listening to a word I said I took a new medicine and found myself getting EXTREMELY angry for no reason. STILL they would not give me the medicine that on record I was taking and what worked. I had to drop that whole clinic before their bad choices made me make bad choices. I urge you to take youre business elsewhere

Ive had nothing but a hassle when trying to get the right prescription filled at the pharmacy. Consistently sending the wrong prescription to my pharmacy and not sending it at all sometimes! I havent been able to take my medication for two weeks now and they dont care.

Doctor Kotegal is amazing with kids. My daughters always look forward to their appointments. She is very knowledgeable and very reassuring. The nurses and rest of the staff are very professional.
