Worst place ever Went in for a work place injury. The doctor poked at me a few times and said okay Ill put you on a weight limit reduction. No tests like an x-ray CT scan or ultrasound??? Asked me to come back for two follow up visits which were the biggest waste of my time. First time went back few days later and he asked me questions. Told him I was still hurting quite bad still no tests. Third time was a week and a half after my injury and I was still hurting quite bad. When I started to talk about it he put out his hand like a stop sign and asked me questions like does it hurt to stand and lift and do you have trouble sleeping. And was I okay to go back to work. Said well Yeah Im back to work already. That was it hes like well youre fine then Ill lift your restrictions and youre good to go. Opened the door and said you can wait in the waiting room So yeah no tests were ever ran and Im still feeling pain from the injury. Now if youre reading this and saying why not just go to regent care. Well this is a work place injury and Im not going to risk getting stuck with a 10k bill for going to regent care and have work deny paying it. 10k is a lot of money for me and I cant afford it. So I have to wait and wait to get permission to go get real test run by a real doctor. So please please if youre hurt try and stay away from this place or demand that your work send you to a real hospital. I wont say the doctors name on here but hes the only doctor their it seems. And he must have been a D student cause he has no idea what hes doing. And he works at a place like this.

very good experience. I read some of these reviews here and they make me laugh. I read one in particular about "the dr didnt even do any tests, like XR, CT, ultrasound..." blah, blah. Dont confuse your Google medical degree with what those providers went through in "real" school! You want the providers to XR or CT your whole body unnecessarily? Providers look for point tenderness, ecchymosis, swelling, etc. They dont just image your area of pain or whole body just to make you feel "good". You wonder why healthcare is so costly in America! Stop this pettiness here. I know some folks who will injure their backs by lifting or whatnot, and expect XR or MRI of their back! Why? Even the healthy twenty-something who has no back complaint, if you take an MRI of the back, it is so sensitive that it probably will reveal something! And boom, see a back surgeon, and boom, unnecessary surgery, and boom, your back is screwed forever. Very good place to do business, good treatment there. Sure the wait can be long, but to the point you go bashing? smh

No Money

By far the worst place in Washtenaw County. The staff are rude and slow and dont care how you feel about it. I came in for a drug test for a new job and the first thing the lady at the desk says is "itll be an hour to an hour and a half" and I looked around and saw four other people and thought to myself "why" and sat down. One hour later and Im still here and havent been called and only three more people have came into the office, two who have been seen before me. So, now Im still sitting here looking lost while the employees sip coffee and crack jokes. Ive read all of the reviews and they are very true. These people act like they dont care as long as their clocked in and getting paid for being at work. Theyre at work but theyre not working. I will post another review after I leave here and let you know how that goes... Im not looking forward to it.

I was very pleased with my visit to Concentra. I used their urgent care services to check on a long lasting cough I had. Within 20 minutes of my arrival I was seen by Dr. Thomas. She was very polite and seemed to truly care about my well-being. She ensured I left in better shape than I came in. The receptionists, techs and aides that I interacted with were also very polite. They seemed to be happy to be at work and not exasperated to be surrounded by sick people hacking away and complaining of various ailments. I had no issues using my insurance to cover my visit and Concentra had release forms that would transfer the record of my services to my PCP. It was relatively hassle-free. I would definitely use the services again

I was called back fairly quickly. However, I waited in the patient room for almost an hour waiting for someone to come get me to complete my physical after my initial visit from the np. It was unprofessional but Im pretty sure it was an communication error between the medical assistants. Ive been there several times before and never that issue.

I frequent this Concentra, and have to say that despite being very busy, they treat every client respectfully and in the timeliness manner possible. Ive had the most interactions with Ari, the ACOD, and she is amazing. Always encouraging her staff and keeping the flow moving to the best of her ability. Every employee does their best!!

Horrible experience. I had to take a drug test for work, and couldnt go to the bathroom the first time so i had to try again. The second time I went I told them I was ready and I had to wait so long they actually made me pee myself, and actually started laughing about it. Horrible staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The phisical therapy methods and services which I received from Concentra urgent care were better than GOOD ! Highly recommend their there entire Staff. Pleasant environment, wonderful customer service from the moment that I arrived. Genuinely concerned and attentive to their patience.

Went for a work place injury, this place is literally the worst. My injury was not wiped properly, the staff was making jokes about patients outside of my room, no privacy was provided the staff kept leaving the door opened. And lastly after receiving my shot it wasnt even covered.

Arrived at 5:58 PM and doors were locked. Hours are posted as open until 6 PM. They let me in. The front desk person was not too happy to learn that I there for a physical, but the entire experience was one of efficiency. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Good job.

The wait times are horrible & the staff are rude. I would say that not one employee I came in contact with acted as if they enjoyed their job. There was a lot of talking between the workers & less talking with the patients. Very dissatisfied with the care.

Was there for a fit test and one vacinne. Waited well over an hour while people who came in after I did, were seen before me. After being brought to an examination room, the test and vacinne took less than 7 minutes. I hope I never have to go there again.
