My wife and I were looking for a holistic doctor near our home and her website seemed to list everything we were looking for. Unfortunately we have not had a very good experience with Dr. Wine. There were two instances that really stood out. For the fist instance, my wife called to make a consultation to discuss her knee pain and inflammation of her legs. This was to be a second opinion as her regular orthopedic doctor was suggesting surgery. My wife was told to come in as soon as possible and the schedule was made for her to come with me the following morning to my appointment so the doctor could talk to her. However, the next morning my wife was never called back to talk to the doctor. When we questioned why, we were told the doctor doesnt work with "muscular-skeletal issues". Not sure why my wife was told to come to the doctor office if that was the case. The second instance, my wife called to reschedule her appointment to review blood test results. When she showed up at the rescheduled time, my wife was told she didnt have an appointment. After some discussion and complaining, the receptionist rescheduled my wife for later that day. When my wife arrived the second time that afternoon, she sat in empty waiting room for 25 minutes. When she started to complain about the long wait (my wife was concerned about making it to her next appointment on time), the doctor finally came out, the doctor handed my wife the results of blood test, told my wife that she was mad and yelling. My wife was then told to leave and find another practice without any explanation of of her test result. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right" and "bed side manners". It was just very unprofessional. We cant recommend her.

I would give zero stars if I could. This doctor not only did not give me a straight answer about what I needed but also ordered a food allergy test that she deemed crucial to the overall diagnostic. I had to pay about $350 to get started and her and her office assured me they I would not have to worry about the $1200 bill they sent me. It has been 6 months and they are still trying to collect money from me when Dr. Wines office instructed to ignore the bill. Furthermore, when she was with Bio Energy Medical in Ann Arbor I was seeing her for my chronic migraines and once the results of the so called crucial test came back they had prepared a book diet plan for me and in her words she said "you dont have to follow this, just dont eat almonds." FIRST of all, I went to MHNI across the street from her, which is a real clinic that she could have told me about if she was humble enough to admit she didnt know what to do. BUT NO, charged me absurd amount of money for test, then told me not to worry about the rest and now 6 months later I get a call from this Genova diagnostics place. I am beyond furious that not only she did not help me, and when I was in pain and needed direction she said go to the ER. Not to mention during my first visit she was arrogant and cut me off in the middle of a sentence and said: hold on, that doesnt make any sense. So folks, beware and do not waste your time or money here.

I was a patient of Dr. Wines for approximately one year. Some of the protocols (medication, diet, supplements...etc.) that Dr. Wine prescribed were helpful, others were not, as is to be expected as one is searching for the root cause of ones illness. Dr. Wine relies exclusively on testing and anecdotal notes. I was never physically examined. I left Dr. Wines practice because of several mistakes made by Dr. Wine and staff I was given the wrong prescription, lab tests were incomplete or incorrectly called in, lab results were not uploaded onto the patient portal, though they were promised to be there. When I pointed out that I had now "trust issues" with the practice, it was suggested that I find another doctor. Dr. Wine does not like to be questioned/challenged. She does not like to go over the allotted appointment time, even if you have many and myriad. questions. Ultimately, I decided Dr. Wine did not want to partner with me on my healing journey and left the practice. This was unfortunate because I think Dr. Wine is very knowledgeable, but staff and personality issues precluded getting the best care, at least from my perspective.

Id had issues for quite a few years and knew something wasnt right. I was working out, watching was I was eating and just felt tired and kept gaining weight and doctors werent helping. Gave me a pill for my thyroid and other meds and even had one doctor tell me I had to deal with it, nothing was wrong. I was at my final straw and research holistic doctors that specialize in this area as well as auto immune. I found Dr. Wine and she is amazing. She truly cares and listens to what is going on. We found out the REAL problem and now I only take 1 prescription for my thyroid and the other stuff is gone. The genuine help and guidance from Dr. Wine has truly saved my life and sanity. We need more like her. I would recommend any one to Wine Holistic.

Dr Wine is the BEST! I drive an hour one way to see her and have referred a hand full of people to see her as well. Im a tough sell and Dr Wine is easy to love. Shes extremely knowledgeable, open minded, down to earth and listens carefully to your concerns. She never rushes you out and makes sure all questions are answered. Liz is the phlebotomist and handles the front desk and is also wonderful. Shes great at drawing blood which is not always my luck and communicates clearly and thoroughly. The overall feel of the office is bright, comfortable and inviting as apposed to stuffy and medical. I applaud her!! Shes what medical SHOULD be!

All I can do is say "Thank You" for being in the practice she in. If it werent for her care, support, & encouragement I would not made it through my post partum depression. Especially when my GYN ignored me when I showed up in tears telling me I would be fine. I now can live my life to the fullest with my daughter and husband again! Its scary to go through such a thing and am thankful Dr. Wine took the time to listen, took the test to get to the bottom of it all and got me through it. I cant thank you her enough for pushing me through to the other side. Thank you again Dr. Wine and to your staff for their additional support!

The reason Im coming to you is stomach problems. I drive over an hour to see you. Unfortunately I had to use the bathroom due to that stomach issue Im having. I was about 10 mins away. Im sorry for being late. I feel like it could have been handled differently rather than just telling me we have to reschedule. I meet with people for a living too. Even if theyre late I manage to make it work because I appreciate their business. And I understand that not everything goes as planned. Bottom line is you made me feel like I messed up your assembly line. Thanks Merry Christmas
