The only reason I gave two stars is because of the caregivers....Trina and Gary. They are both amazing NPs and I think the world of Dr. Schlossberg, as well. However, I would give zero stars to the front desk, especially Stacy. She was extremely rude with CVS and me. As far as I know, she is not a medical doctor or nurse, but tried to make statements as if she were. If you can get past the unprofessional treatment by certain people at the front desk, I highly recommend the nurses and doctors. Also, I want to point out that not ALL of the front desk personnel are so rude and such bullies. Its just that when you have to deal with someone such as Stacy, it will put a bad taste in your mouth for the whole practice.

I called to make an appt and the lady was not very friendly at all. I said Ive been there before and she couldnt find me which I know i know Ive been there before. So I just said I guess Im a new patient then and she asked why I wanted to be seen and I told her I was sick and wanted to find a primary care dr and she told me to go see urgent care if I was sick bc it was going to be 2 weeks for new patients to be seen. She wasnt very friendly at all and so thats why I will just got find a another primary care dr to go to.

I see why they received one star... Just moved to the area and called to setup an appointment. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I figured they forgot about me so I hung up and called back. The receptionist immediately put me on hold and I stayed on for another 10 minutes and decided to give my business to another doctor s office. These doctors pay a lot of money to get new patients and this is how they re greeted when they call for the first time... WOW!!!

I find Dr Schlossberg and the entire staff to be fantastic. We have picked them as our primary doctor. They are extremely professional and caring. Not sure what happened with the other lady, but myself, my wife and children are extremely pleased with the care we have received.

I dont know how this office stays in business I havent seen my Doctors face in 2 years. When I am sick I can not ever get an appointment. I am always having to spent extra money to see Urgent Care up the street. I am now going to switch.

Ive seen dr. Schlossberg and Trina before with oldest who has physical disabilities and now that I moved back home to Georgia its who Im seeing again they are excellent with my girls and myself they care a lot and answer all questions.
