Regarding his associate, Rebecca Bell, PA-C... Ive been on "maintenance" medication to treat ADHD for over 10 years, and needed to change psychiatrists (prior one retired). Without asking ANYTHING about my current usage or how I "feel" on it, I was told that "she felt" my dosage was too high and that she would be lowering it. I disagreed and wanted to explain why, but was told that she would need approval from Dr. Goolsby for my current dosage... and that she "wasnt comfortable" with it. She would continue to be my doctor though... even though she disagreed with my treatment? Ridiculous! I thought doctors are about "what is best for the patient", not how nervous they are about prescribing medications... which I have been taking at current levels and doing SO WELL on for the last 10 years! What a waste of time...

Would give 0 stars if possible. Wouldnt refill prescription (daily antidepressant) because they said I didnt show up for appointment. I never received any notification of said appointment. Told them I was having issues with withdrawals from antidepressant (headaches, dizziness, blurred vision)after being out for several days. They instructed me at time they wouldnt refill prescription without seeing me first, told them that was fine and asked to set up appointment. First available appointment was nearly one month later and they would not give refill of prescription at time to get me by until visit. It is extremely apparent that this practice is only concerned with getting your payment and not your well being as a patient. Stay clear of this practice. Youve been warned.

This office prescribed me two medications that can have some pretty sever adverse reactions. They cause Tachycardia which can cause stroke or heart failure, and seizures. I spent 9 hours in the ER with a heart rate of over 130, nausea, dizziness and a sever head ache. This morning my resting heart rate is still in the 100s, Im still light headed and nauseated. A normal resting heart rate for me is around 60-70 and an average active heart rate is no greater than 95-100. The ER advised me to discontinue the medication and contact my doctor immediately. I have discontinued the medication but I will not be returning to this doctors office. On the search for a new physician.

I see Rebecca Bell, PA-C, and my experience has been the opposite of Mike. I feel that Rebecca listens to my concerns and that Im an active participant in my care. She is very understanding, and I feel like she knows what shes doing and is more than competent. Of course, I just came from another practice where the doctor was the complete opposite, so maybe that accounts for some of my appreciation. I also found the office staff to be very polite and professional, and the office itself is very nice. Everyone Ive met there has been very nice.

Yeah I just got a letter terminating our professional relationship because i wouldnt comply with appts or medication regulation. Not exactly sure wth they are talking about besides the fact he wanted me there every 3 weeks for a co pay of course and kept giving me all different meds that did nothing but make my anxiety worse. So yeah when a doc just keeps using you as a guinea pig and "throws you out" basically because you dont want to comply with their BS well yeah I wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kenneth Goolsby works straight from Gods direction. Had he not listened and followed the direction of our Heavenly Father, I would not be here today. He is kind, caring, and treats all of his patients equally. He offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to the community, and it is his desire to touch peoples lives and make a difference. He is also the most intelligent Doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. It a blessing from God to be treated by Dr. Goolsby.

I brought my son to see Rob Findley concerning possible depression. The experience was beyond bad. Mr. Findley sat and read questions from a computer program and typed in my sons answers. There was no questioning my son in regards to the veracity of his answers. Mr. Findley seemed to not care in the least and acted as if he would rather be hit by a truck. For 30 minutes of his horrible time, I paid over $200. I would recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Ive been seeing Dr. Goolsby for many years, he not only is an excellent doctor but a wonderful and caring person. He has a very kind heart and wants to do anything and everything in his power to help his patients. His physicians assistant, Rob is great as well. The staff is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend all the services offered at this practice.

Dr. Goolsby is very professional and he is easy to talk to . I have been his patient for many years and he has helped me tremendously. He just doesnt write prescriptions, he explores treatment options, personal health habits, relationships and self-help options. I have referred many people to him. He is the best!

Personally I have been seeing Rob Findley for 5 years and I love him as my doctor. Hes a special type though, you either love his demeanor or hate it. Hes the only one whos told me in not crazy. So. Yeah. Dont like him, or do... its whatever. Hes my favorite.

I have seen Dr. Goolsby since I was a child and he has done so much for me. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because his receptionist are always rude to me and mess up my appointment times. They rarely ever do what I ask of them.
