Allergy and Asthma – I wont go so far as to call these people crooks, but I would strongly advise you to avoid them at all costs. The issues are as follows; questionable billing practices, substandard service, and limited appointment availability (unless you are a new patient… but once you are already trapped, expect a three month wait). If you are anything like me, when you read reviews you start with a few good ones then look for the bad ones. When reading the bad ones I try to figure out the validity of each (is the person reasonable or crazy). Please understand I am very reasonable and I tried diligently to resolve my issues with this business. Long story short, they mislead me in an effort to rack up as many visits/charges as they could. I mistakenly took medication before my appointment and was upfront with the staff before even waking into an exam room. They told me "no worries come in anyway, it wont be an issue". Well, the doctor said it was and issue and told me to reschedule… I still got billed $400 because I still saw the doctor. It seemed like such a scam that I called my insurance company to notify them. Not to mention that the staff was rude and condescending (the office manager was not, however.) Even though they admitted to seeing my point and claimed to understood my concerns, they still essentially said too bad, you are going to pay us even though you were mislead and acted in good faith. They did do some other test I didn’t want or need while I was there, that was their counter point. However, they knew I had to come back in five days and they fully intended on charging me again!! Why not act with ethics and do both tests together… they knew I had to come right back, but they wanted to charge me $400 for the second time in a week - why charge a patient once when you can do it twice! It was never about the money, but the simple principle of honesty and doing the right thing. I paid the bill; it simply wasn’t worth fighting over… I am sure that is what they banked on. But, please, save yourself the drama and find a practice that actually cares about treating people, not hustling them for petty cash.

Totally dissatisfied with them. My primary care doctor recently left the group and for good reason. Poor service. Its like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. You will have to leave numerous messages and good luck getting a return phone call. Whats sad about this is the Braselton location is fairly new. I can just imagine how much more in the toilet the service will be in a few years.

Absolutely the worst customer service. They refuse to get you in when your sick... Dont waste your money, urgent care has more respect for the "patients".
