[Formal Complaint Filed through Insurance company] Unfortunately, the previous reviews reflect this place perfectly. My mother (a stroke victim) was called the day of her appointment to wrongly inform her that her insurance premium wasnt paid for and that her appointment was now cancelled. We called our insurance, and everything was fine and up-to-date. They decided to call the receptionist Cori/Cory/Couri (however you spell it) on our behalf. When an insurance agent calls someone rude, you know somethings wrong. (The insurance agents themselves were really nice and helpful throughout the whole process). The clinics receptionist, Couri was rude, stubborn and did not care to listen, even when MULTIPLE insurance agents and their supervisors tried to tell her that the patient was covered, and offered her industry standard reference numbers, which all other clinics use. Turns out Couri wanted confidential information that our insurance company could not give out. Absurd. I cant wait on them to figure out their backward systems, and Im not waiting for my mother to have another stroke because of this. Our insurance filed a formal complaint within their own agency and many others to let them know that this clinic was denying coverage to a patient with valid insurance. Ive met one of the doctors here (Dr. Munsey), and as a future physician myself, I can say that he is an awesome individual and a great doctor. But the clinic and the rest of the staff there are definitely a toxic factor and the main reason why were switching providers. This whole process was disgusting, and Couris behavior was one of the rudest Ive seen in the medical care profession. A head like that should be used as a hammer, and nothing else.

Called this AM at 9:10 to schedule an appointment... Before they even could give me a date or time needed to verify my insurance told me latest would be tomorrow they would call back with a time, never called back to schedule appointment. At 230 the same afternoon I call back. They still have not looked up my insurance or verified a time. I wait 25 minutes on the phone while they handle this issue. Then they get back on the phone tell me there earliest they can see me is in 3 days. My whole family used to do business with this place but not after the run around today and all the mis information this clinic has given me. I am sick as a dog and they werent even going to call me back to let me know to go somewhere else. Makes me sick honking about these people ending up with my money. Drs are supposed to help. At least stay in contact with patients. New or old. These folks defiantly are not professionals. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Went there off and on for over 12 yrs. (Currently 25) I always saw Dr. George Groff. He always listened and actually diagnosed my rare disorders that other Physicians didnt know about or didnt help me with.. such as my geographical tongue (only 2% of the population has it). He always listened and helped me. I never had an issue with the office or anything. Hes an amazing physician and now that I moved out if state I miss him terribly. Cant find a doctor like him anywhere.

Horrible attitude by the front service desk person who answered my call. Sapima was her name. Im sorry, but if you are changing the way you schedule patients, then maybe you need to learn the system instead of telling long time patients that they can not be seen for weeks. Shame on Dr. Groff for allowing this type of behaviour from your staff! Donna Bennett

Ive never had ANY problems with anyone here. Ive been going to Dr Neil for 5 years now and find him very thorough, compassionate, kind and funny! Hes a good doctor, never rushes and always LISTENS! Ill never go anywhere else!

Love this office. We get appointments so quickly when we are sick. They are wonderful both Dr. Groff and Dr. Munsey .
