If you are looking for the worst experience then this is the place to go. If you dont look sick enough, if you come in at 5 or anytime after or if you deal with one particular woman up front you will not see the doctors. The website does not inform you that even if you have one of the approved insurance providers that the office can pick and choose within that network but it does however have many, many little asterisks that tell you to MAKE SURE YOU CALL AHEAD (they say walk-ins welcome but they only mean you are welcome to walk in to the lobby and right back out). The lady I dealt with either has a problem with her facial expressions or just a major attitude problem and will not be helpful one bit, she will look at you like you dont belong and then ask if you are actually sick (because apparently you also must show symptoms to be allowed behind the golden door). BEWARE of this location, it was the worst experience I have had and if you are like I was and think the reviews cant be true then good luck, you may be the winner and get to see the doctor as for me I was not lucky enough to get that far.

I will never ever go here again. Nov 2015 I went for a sinus infection, and was prescribed Levaquin and Steroids. 2 weeks later I could not walk down the stairs and did not have any idea that it could be from the medication. After watching the news in Feb 2016 where a Gwinnett County man lost the use of his legs from this medication, I went back to the dr. very concerned. I was told that I would have know right away if it had been from the medication and that I just needed to go to the arthritis dr. In March 2016 I had a bad UTI, went back to the same dr. and was prescribed Cipro. When I got home from the pharmacy and saw the attached pamphlet about side effects, I immediately called the dr and said I cant take this. She responded to the nurse that this was the best medication to take care of my UTI. She prescribed something else though. Now 5/2017 I see about Clark Howard and his issues with this medication............ I still have extreme muscle weakness in my legs, and will it ever be normal.

I swear to the gods, if I could give them no stars, I would. This place is a joke. Whether you make an appointment or not, your time is of no value to the staff here. I have made appointments and waited upwards of 3 hours AFTER my appointment time to be seen and I am ALWAYS early for my appointments. Even today, there was one patient here before me, and my appointment time was set for 930am and I have still not been seen (its 11am now). If you have time to waste, come to this doctors office. To them, it doesnt matter if you get seen or not. They get their money regardless. I do not recommend this office to anyone and even go out of my way to tell people NOT to come here. DO NOT come here and waste time. Go elsewhere and find a better doctors office that actually cares for their patients. You could die of old age here even if you come in at the young age of 25....

This is the last time I will tolerate the non caring, non understanding front desk office staff who could care less about your problem. The staff who answered the phone could have pulled my file to see that I have been coming there for years and have seen every doctor at that location with the exception of (1). I simply needed a NON MED refill signed and faxed. My life will now be Im jeopardy for 2 days. You certainly would hope that someone at a doctors office would go above and beyond to help you, ESPECIALLY when you are a long time patient who has seen every doctor including doctors who are no longer there. I work for a group of doctors (specialist) who would NEVER tolerate people who do not go the extra mile for their patients. I will request my medical records and never go back to any Gwinnett Clinic.

My mother is a patient there. She does not speak English well. Every time we go to this office, the front staff is extremely rude and has attitude. There has not been a single time that I have been there and have been treated kindly. I would rather take my mother to a different physicians office and pay out of pocket than to have to deal with these rude people. Front desk is the face of the office. If you cant get your front desk people to at least pretend like they care, you need to replace these people!

Every since Dr Christine has left these people do not care at all about you or your health . The front staff is rude and will often turn you away. The front door says Walk-Ins welcome and that depends on the staff that day. I have been going there for over 14yrs and now looking for a new primary care physician. The only Dr that does care that is currently there is Dr Tonase and she is limited to what she can do because of the people that run the place.

Dr. Tanase is horrible Rude unprofessional. She over talks her patients does not listen did not do a full exam. She misdiagnosed me and when confronted blew up screaming and yelling instead of listening and realizes she made a mistake. U would not recommend this Dr. to anyone
