Ive been a patient with Dr. Morrell for over 14 years now. Ive always had very pleasant experiences until the past two years. These past two years here have been an absolute embarassment. The office hours are listed innacurately on google. And have been for awhile. Good luck trying to get an appointment anymore. Ive had multiple instances over the past years where Ive been sick or needed a refill on a prescription, but the next available appointment was 3 or 4 weeks away with 0 wiggle room. And even if by the grace of God you can get an appointment, prepare to take a week or two off of work because even if you schedule an appointment its still incredibly likely that the office will call you and tell you your slot has been filled and you need to reschedule your appointment. As far as professionalism goes, this is a shining example of "what not to do" Betty, the office manager for 30 years now, still doesnt know how to send or receive faxes somehow. Ive spent multiple weeks of back and forth with Morrells office and a separate doctor trying to get my medical information through. And whatever you do, dont express any sort of disappointment towards the way they handle your health. Betty WILL cancel your appointments if you talk back to her and you will need to go through the month long scheduling process to get back in. As far as the actual Dr. Morrell himself, hes a very interesting character and an engaging speaker, but if youre looking for any sort of medical help, look elsewhere. Dr Morrell is big on prescribing informational packets regarding your Chakras, and being able to balance them. In the past this hasnt been an issue as it offered people the opportunity for a more natural way of healing. But in recent years, Dr. Morrels judgement has been heavily clouded and has been using his Chakra brochures instead of prescribing any sort of medication for you. Another minor problem, but youre going to get it with any doctor probably, the wait times are unbelievably long. If you have an appointment scheduled for 9am prepare to be brought into your examination room at 10am and actually see Dr. Morrel at 10:45am. Things move SLOW around here. Dont even try scheduling an appointment with them if theyre within 2 hours of closing. Its unlikely youll be seen and youll have to reschedule yet again. I used to love this place, I really did. But I can no longer justify their actions. Im embarrassed and sorry that Ive recommended Dr. Morrell to anyone in the past two years. Do yourself a favor and move on to a doctor and office staff that treat you like an actual person and not just another ticket.

I called around for my husband to see a doctor that was open minded to alternative medicines (ie medical marijuana, etc). He has been in pain for several years (no health insurance) and he has finally had enough. In the past when we did have insurance, he was treated with chemical medicines such as Vicodin, Anti-depressants, OxiContin, Cortisone injections, Electronic Muscle Stimulation, etc. These all made him ill, were uncomfortable, and were EXPENSIVE. Because it has been usch a long time since my husband has seen any doctor, we would have no idea where to locate any of his past medical records. I told the person on the phone that I spoke with that he did not have medical records. My husband told the person on the phone that he did not have medical records. We were sent a packet in the mail to fill out. There were sticky notes saysing to fill out any past drugs taken and to "try to include dates". NOTHING that said YOU MUST BRING MEDICAL RECORDS. Well, after taking time off work for the appointment, my husband went in. THEY REFUSED TO SEE HIM becuase he dint bring MEDICAL RECORDS!! Then they wanted to charge him an office vist of $80 before they would give him back the filled out paperwork with his personal information on it!!! I feel that the doctor (or his office staff) didnt want to deal with my husbands possible request of alternative medicine as treatment. So now it is on the path to find another doctor and now we have to face LOSS OF INCOME for today. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

This clown fiesta of a doctors office, gave me the runaround for over 40 days trying to get some of my medical records and medication to me AND THEY STILL FAILED. They must be using an abacus and tin-cans-and-string to communicate inter-office. Dont even get me started on the long wait times. If you schedule an appt. for 2pm here, you will be seen no earlier than 245pm. A second rate physician at best.

Great office with great people!!! They really take the time to show you matter and that the best intentions are meet. They really care and go the extra mile to make sure they are giving the best/most up to date treatment and care available. Just a wounderful experience and wounderful doctor

My husband waited for 90 minutes to be seen for his appt and ended up having to leave; this is not the first time we have experienced a long wait. Staff is very kind and helpful.
