Parent of 2 and my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Brennan for over 4 years now. If it wasnt for him we would have left the practice a long time ago. Some of his office staff are extremely rude and do not have the best organizational skills. I have had many documents/papers lost, appointment times mixed up, and multiple billing errors from his office over the last couple years. Terrible customer service! On a good note, Dr Brennan has been terrific with me and my kiddos from day one. He is extremely kind, empathetic, great bedside manner, and FUNNY! The best thing is...he doesnt make you feel rushed out of the room and REALLY listens. Occasionally, we have waited an hour+ at times to see him, but its typically rare.

Just contacted the office and the receptionist is unbelievably rude. Why does making an appointment have to be so difficult! :( When she answered and I explained I would be a new patient she said I needed to find out if my insurance is accepted there -- ok, I get that. I called back minuets later after doing a quick search on my providers site and said "Hi, I am the one who just called looking to make a new appointment" Her response was " I dont know who you are or what your talking about"! Worst customer service! The reviews on the Doctor seem great but unfortunately my family will never know due to her awful customer service!

Best family doctor out there. Have had several health issues. Dr Brennan diagnosed right on the nose every time. Takes care of most everything in his office he is very kind, empathetic, great bedside manner, genuinely kind hearted and never rushes in and out If he had to recommend a specialist they were excellent. I cant say enough positive about Dr. Brennan.

Ive not been big on pill pushing docs. Dr. Brennen actually talks with you. The wait is normal, Meaning 15 minutes in, 15 minutes out. Once you are established, modifications can be made over the phone, .

Dr Brennan is a wonderful family doctor. He is great with my two sons ages 7 and 9 and very good with me. I whole hearted recommend him as a good person and a good doctor.

Love, love, love Dr. Brennan!!! Most of his assistants are great also! Front desk, well sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. Dr Brennan is Wonderful!!
