Will not be going back again if I can help it. They were rude trying to rush me out the door because they were closing. One of the ladies Wes telling me how now she wont be able to see her grandkids because she was still at work. This was all while I was sitting there getting my blood drawn. First they could not find my orders the doctor sent over a week prior, then they couldnt figure out how to put my doctor in the system. Then they never sent the results. My doctor has had to fight with them to get it. Now because they never asked me for my insurance they want to bill me $200+. This place and company needs a serious overhaul.

Dont expect to be thrilled by the staff. You wont get any cheery smiles when you walk in the door, or help if you dont have everything in order for them to process you. Do not assume theyll be open when they say they will be either. 7 in the morning is more like 7:30 before doors open. And when they say no later than 3:30 be there by 3 or the door will be locked with lights still on and people still visible behind the counter

Literally sat there an hour before being called. I hand her my lab sheets and get told I cant have a test done there. Which thats fine, BUT it took a whole hour for you just to tell me I couldnt have it done? Poor customer service. The lady shouldve looked at my papers instead of telling me to sign in and sit down. Wasted a whole hour of my time! First and last time ever using this place.

The ladies were really nice n took me even tho i arrived past the time they do test which is 2p not 3p. Go to their website for accurate times, Googles time is wrong so dont go by the times u see here.

Store hours listed are not the timeframes to get testing done. Dont go in there after 3pm or they will just turn you away and stay open without accepting customers til 3:30.
