All of my interactions with the staff was wonderful. I was not in great shape when I came in but I was met with immediate empathy and help. A kind face goes a long way when your in pain and both my doctor and nurse provided that. I have never been moved to write a review on Google, this is my first time but I have also never had a more pleasant experience at an Urgent Care. I usually leave an Urgent Care or doctors office feeling like they didnt listen to me or that my problem was a burden to them but that was not the case at all here. I was not rushed out the door, they took their time to make sure that I was feeling better and ready to leave. On top of that, the very same Doctor that treated me called me later that evening to make sure I was still doing okay. I hate, absolutely loathe, going to the doctor, but after my experience here I at least know of one Urgent Care that can and will take excellent care of me if I get hurt or need help again.

I brought my sister to the clinic. From the moment we walked in, we were treated very well. Amaia Foster at the front desk greeted us with a big beautiful smile as she welcomed us. She was very friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. The P.A. who examined my sister was outstanding. Angela Braun was very professional and gave us a ton of information about my sisters illness, which turned out to be pneumonia, and the medication she was prescribing as well as the medication my sister was currently prescribed. Frankly, I would love to have these two marvelous ladies team up in a primary care doctors office. My sister and I would both switch our current doctors office for Amaia and Angela. Generally, were not big fans of walk-in clinics but we will definitely go to this one again should the need arise.

Traveling on business and needed an urgent care facility Came across them in a strip mall (driving around doing a google search to closest urgent care facilities) The staff was friendly and professional My care and treatment was as expected My only comment would be that the powers to be need to give it a facelift It did not look run down or not maintained Just not (for lack or wording) "modern" Maybe some brighter lights and a paint job is all it needs Waiting room was find. Furniture looked ok and the equipment in the treatment room seemed "older". Workable and functional again just not modern I dont frequent this area often so I doubt Ill need to return. I would not go out of my way to visit this facility again but would return if I was I the area

This place is horrible!!! I bring in my 1 year and my 3 year old at 7:45pm which on here clearly says they close at 9pm. Not 8. I get there and the receptionist is says in a very nasty tone you do know we close at 8. She gives my papercut to fill out. Then the doctor comes to the front desk and asks whats going on and i explain the problem. Meanwhile they had been getting me dirty looks the whole time. My fiance asked if she had a problem and she replied no with more attitude. So in closing they turned us away because they didnt want to stay a little bit after 8 to help my children. We ended up going to St. Joesphs hospital. Which was a much better experience anyways. So once again never ever go here! They are rude and unprofessional.

I went to Bloomfield Urgent Medical Care because of how convenient the location is with its proximity to work and home. I had no idea how great the experience and service wouldve been. The office staff were efficient and friendly, making my wait mere minutes. I went in with an idea of what I thought was wrong with me, but already felt discouraged because i felt like my primary care doctor wasnt listening to me. My assessment was thorough, quick and most importantly I really felt listened to by Brian Marsh, PA. The staff here really know how to properly care for a patient. Thanks!

Dr. Marsh was AMAZING if I could give him a million stars I would. He is very passionate about what he does, he is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. The wait time was kind of long, but once I saw how he treated me I understood why. He listens to you and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. He doesnt rush you one bit and shows that he is truly concerned with your well-being. This was hands down the best urgent care interaction Ive ever experienced.

I felt quite comfortable with the staff upon arriving and doing my paperwork. The PA was great and informative I really appreciated him especially because he knew actually what was going on and explained what he could do to make my situation better. Took upon himself to check on me with a followup call to see how I was feeling that made me feel important and appreciated. I will tell everyone I know to use this Urgent Care office if they need one.

We went to the Bloomfield Urgent Medical Care because someone was injured and the Bloomfield Urgent Medical Care had great Google reviews. The reviews were justified! The physicians assistant was professional. She spent a lot of time with us, saw the problem and offered alternative treatments. She suggested a brace which we bought at Meijer, it didnt cost us an arm and a leg! Thanks Bloomfield Urgent Medical Care

I was greeted immediately upon entering the reception area and given forms to complete. Within five minutes the nurse took me to an examination room and went through the preliminary procedures before the doctor came in minutes later. I found the entire staff to be upbeat and friendly and quite competent. My visit lasted about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this urgent medical to family and friends.

I went there and across the street at CVS and picked up my medications in an hour or less thats impressive. The staff was excellent and the PAs Brian Marsh was Great easy to talk to (Affable) in fact he seem sincere about my health and even called later that night to see how I was doing. How many people can you say have doon that. Thank You Bloomfield Urgent Medical Care I Wish You All The Best.

Unfortunately, my primary doctor was out of town, but I went to this facility hoping to get some relief. The staff was professional and the doctor was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and took his time with me. He didnt just randomly prescribe me antibiotics, but really tried to get to the root of the problem. Thank you.

My experience a Urgent Care was great. I came in with awful pain . Well my pain started to go away immediately after doctor came in to talk with me n diagnosed me. He gave me a shot for pain, shot for inflammation , n back xray. He sent me home pain meds, n muscle relaxers. I was finally able to get some sleep. Thank you so much . URGENT CARE

I had a great experience at the Bloomfield urgent care last week. The staff memebers were very pleasant and helpful. The doctor who treated me was very knowledgeable. He did not rush me at all, listened to my problems very carefully and was able to diaganose me correctly. I definitely recommend Bloomfield urgentcare to everyone.
