I saw the other review and it was completely opposite from my experience. Ive been there twice in the past 2 months for a full blood panel. The first time they got my paperwork into the system quickly and the blood draw took under 10 minutes (I had a few other things done as well). The second visit was even better. They already had me in the system and there was one person in front of me. Not sure what she was in for but I only waited about 15 minutes to get in. I mentioned the other review and promised her I would write one of my own. People have off days, were all human. Sometimes it feels like there are a few Mondays in a work week but in the end, the staff here treated me in a professional manner and made me feel comfortable. I cannot ask for anything more.

This lab took forever for a simple blood draw. The employees were very unprofessional. Then they charged my insurance $455+ and sent me a bill for $54 to an old address of mine. I never got the bill and didnt know I owed them money until a collection agency called me!

I must go there for blood draws every three or four weeks. They have always been awesome even though they are seriously understaffed. You must make an appt. or you could be waiting awhile.

Staff was slow and difficult to work with. Couldnt even look up my sons information. Use any other medical lab not this one.
