I have always found the people to be very nice. What is frustrating is the online appointment scheduler. When I signed up for a time, it gave me a confirmation number then told me that the time was already taken and that it could not schedule my appointment. I then chose the next 15 minute slot. Got another confirmation number and then another message that the slot was already taken and that I needed to try again. By this time, I also now have found that I got two emails that say that I have now two appointments. There is no phone number on their website to call for clarification. When I try the number I found through the phone company, I only get a busy signal.

Ive been waiting 30minutes for my grandpas appointment. And then the lady behind the desk takes 20minutes for her to type in the information into the computer before she can even take the blood sample. I am very upset with the service and the pace that institution is running. A blood test should not take this long and I am very upset.

Slowest moving place ever. It took over a half hour to even be acknowledged that I was there. Good way to waste a couple of hours of your life.
