I was referred there by OAKWOOD as a follow up for serious burns to my leg. Upon calling to make my appt, I spoke with AMITRA. She told me that I could not come there because they dont have an xray machine. She did not offer any other options. She did however let me know that the nurse practitioner will not take my insurance (even though I never asked to see a nurse). I asked to speak with her manager and she told me the exact same thing. My response was so If Id come in without calling and the dr. decided that I needed an xray, what would you do? She said I MEAN YOU CAN COME LET US EXAMINATE YOU AND WE CAN REFER YOU OUT. BUT ANYTHING MEDICAL WE DONT DO... Remember, this is the manager, WENDY. I told her that I dont want to come anywhere that wants to EXAMINATE me!!! And I hung up. I would never go anywhere with a manager that ignorant, uneducated, rude, and so far from helpful.

My first appointment at the Taylor center I was seen by Dr. Porter and she examined my teeth and discussed in detail the "plan" for my teeth afterwards. I got an appointment maybe 2 weeks out to come in for the cleaning and I waited maybe 15 minutes, I had grabbed a magazine there and didnt even finish an article. The hygienist was really nice (I am so sorry I forgot her name) and it felt like she did a great job on my teeth. I left there with a six month appointment, my little "gift" bag (toothbrush and toothpaste) and was happy with that visit also. The dental office was clean, magazines were provided for patients and a large tv was playing a cooking show I believe. The receptionist talked abit fast so I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times but I would recommend this place to others. I hope everyone has a good visit also.

I been coming to this clinic for almost three years and I put my trust into this medical doctor and I overheard him talk about me to a intern that I was a trouble maker and that the intern needs to be in the room with him. The doctor disrepected me and broke my heart that made me cry. I will never forgot. I confronted the doctor when he enter the room and ask he why he call me a trouble maker he tried to denied at first and then he said you are a trouble maker and look at tthe intern and laugh like it was funny. Am really thinking about filing a complaint and changing my doctor. The office in INKSTER not TAYLOR.

Have not been to the dentist in years mind u I have beautiful teeth! finally got insurance so I went to get evaluated and had a few cavities. First visit to the dentist they numbed my mouth and got started and everything seemed normal but, what made me feel uncomfortable about my visit was when the assistant was like" I need to win the lottery!" The dentist rolled her eyes and said "I know its alot!" Whether it was my teeth or just a bad day she should have been more professional about it! Not going back! Next time think about what yr saying! Made me feel really uncomfortable!

I really like tanzima the hygeniest. . Last time I went for a cleaning they told me she missed work. After I waited 2 monthsto get the appt. Then when I was able to finally get an appt. Aftr a month with Tanzima. She said she was sick and would rather not clean my teeth. Hence a student cleaned them and It was not at all what I waited 3 months for. Totally disappointed. She rushed through the cleaning and I definitely will walk out it Tanzi is sick or dont show up. My final answer!

I went in for a regular dental exam. I had crazy cavities. I seen DR. PORTER who is great! She filled my cavities in two separate appointments. I was there for one hour each which was great. When I got their they called me back with in five minutes and got straight to work. I would recommend Dr. Porter to anyone and she referred me to a great orthodontist.

I have a good doctor here but my first appointment took over 2 hours before I saw the doctor. 2nd appointment over an hour. The overall medical staff is just average, not going out of their way to provide good customer service or being more friendly than absolutely necessary. If you can withstand all of this, I highly recommend Dr. Levi.

I didnt like how the doctor diddnt take time with me to discussed my health issues. They did 2 test and then kicked me out. I felt like they were in a hurry to get through everyone so I didnt feel that my doctor listened to me and she didnt give me any advice to better my problems. I dont feel i was taken seriously.

Ive been sitting here now for over two hours on an emergency walk-in. How are you going to have EMERGENCY walk-ins but make someone whos going through tubes of numbing cream wait over two hours already just to get a damn tooth pulled? Just pull them back, pull their damn tooth and send them on their way.

Tried calling to ask a question 5 mins to 5pm and they hung up on me coz I guess they felt it wasnt important or they hate there job smh! Called back a few more times and soon as i get through they hang up wtf

Was my first time here for an exam and x-rays but despite the reviews, everyone seemed very nice. They were quick and even accommodated my children while I was being seen.
