Customer service is HORRIBLE! I have tried making an ob-gyn appointment, but its IMPOSSIBLE! I called to make an appointment and was given a one week wait which is fine. A few days before my appointment the clinic called to reschedule because the dr was no longer there (first sign of problems) and after scheduling the first available appointment I was told the dr was a man. I told the receptionist I wanted a female dr and I was given an appointment almost two weeks in advance. Once again, the clinic called to reschedule without a reason and told me the only appointments with a female ob would be at the end of September or I could see a male dr sooner. I didnt even bother rescheduling because they clearly cant keep appointments. Theres obviously something wrong if they cant get the appointment scheduling right and I feel like theyre trying to FORCE a male doctor on me even though ive said MULTIPLE times that I dont want a male dr. Horrible customer service!

if 0 stars was possible that is what i would score it. I was refereed here and was calling to give them my information so i could schedule a first time appointment. During the first call the phone disconnects..I assume it was a mistake so i call back and tell them that i was just on the phone with them and that the phone disconnected. After that she acknowledges what i told her then she proceeds to put me on hold but this time (i was first on the queue each time i called) instead of waiting 15 minutes on hold i was on hold for 2 or 3 minutes before it disconnected again. So i call back a 3rd time a little irritated at this point and im sitting on the phone waiting for the initial pick up for ten minutes even though it told me i was first in line. At this point I gave up and decided to change my Primary care Physician. Im actually glad that I was able to find out how unprofessional they are before even stepping into their facility.

Takes forever to get a appointment, when you do they have cancelled 3 times . They set up you to see a doctor in their building they call four times to confirm you will be there. The day before they call and cancel saying the doctor dont work their nomore hmmm very shady place . Uncaring and unprofessional....

The customer service is horrible. Made an appointment yesterday for 9 am today because I could not breathe. I got there today and they tried saying I missed my appointment for yesterday. I didnt even call to make the appointment until evening how could I miss it? The Mexican receptionist lady is horrible.

Theyve gotten too big for their britches. I went for a health check up today and was herded like cattle with five other people to the scale for my weight. They have lost their concern for patients. The nurse didnt take the time to even get my name right. She called me by four different first names.

Really hard to get a hold of doctor if you need a prescription change and customer service is horrible, they tell you theyll call you back but they dont. Took me a week to get test results that should have tooken 3 days max, doctor seems incompetent in not knowing what to prescribe you

Do NOT go here. If I could give zero stars I would. They have no sense of politeness or a grip on time. I always am there for two or more hours. Just to have the WORST doctor write me one perscription for something that is not a narcotic. do NOT EVER GO HERE.

I had dental services done and the Inkster dental team was great they made me very comfortable. Also all the physicians and nurse practitioners at Inkster are very caring as well as the obgyns

One of the worst doctors offices around. Understaffed and uncaring. They dont answer phones. And they do not phone in prescription refills on time even when theyre life threatening!!!
