This is the most incompetent Drs office I have been in. My Dr. is great, the staff however, seems to be lost and accept no accountability when talking to patients, in my experiences it has always someone else who dropped the ball. When I call, the phone at times will just ring and ring with no voicemail to leave a msg. When I do get someone they dont listen and still are incapable of handling my issue. Which turns into flustration for me to even deal. One week of trying to get my issued handled and still no result, and it is simple as filling out an authorization form for insurance to pay for medication. SMH
