Receptionist was horrible. Very rude and scheduled me wrong after a week wait for appointment just to not see the dr, because the receptionist did not pau attention to what was said over the phone. The receptionist is not friendly nor does she have good bedside mannor, and is unsympathetic to your condition. They also didnt inform me not to bring my child in while over the phone scheduling the apt. As a result my child and husband (who was there for moral support) were kicked out of the office. The communication between staff is non existent. I cant explain enough how much went wrong in two visits, but it was so much so I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. If I could give no stars I would. Also if youre put on hold be prepared to wait 15 minutes then be hung up on as this has happened on two separate occasions. I eventually had to go to another dr. to be seen. This place is a joke. Dont go here if you can help it.

Great doctor when you actually get to see her. Midwife Annette is incredibly amazing but sadly she is no longer here so I will be switching doctors. Staff is HORRIBLE. Takes me 10+ calls to talk to someone and still no communication of anything. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Best doctor ever she did both my C-section and I recovered very well and the whole team and the office is very nice and remember most the clients good been going to her for 13 years and will continue. Speaking for Sonya Tyner

The only thing that annoys me about this place is thats they never!!!!! Want to answer the phone when i call i at least call about 10 times or more before someone answers other then that awsome doctor
