Called this morning to cancel my appointment because of an emergency, then almost 7 hours later I get a call from a very rude receptionists saying that if I dont have the courtesy to call and let them know that I cant make it then I wont be able to seen by the doctor again. I understand that they have a new system thats strict but SERIOUSLY? people have emergencies and I did call to let them know. So basically if you have an emergency you cant be seen by them ever again. Now I have to go through the process of changing my primary care doctor for me and my child.

I love love love my doctor!! He is extremely intelligent and kind. HOWEVER, I cannot stand their whole "cannot make an appointment". Whenever I call at 8 am the receptionist never pick up and when they do they always tell me my doctor is not available. Like I called and tried to see my doctor for two days and was not able to see him. It is extremely frustrating. And on top of it I cannot even make an appointment for the next day -_-

Dr Clark Creger is the most incredible doctor I have EVER been to in my life. Hes patient, he listens, and he is genuinely concerned about my well being as not only a patient, but a human being. He took his time and I didnt feel rushed. If you need a primary doctor, I implore you to choose him! He is AMAZING!! The staff was super kind all around!

It was a very good place at one time but it got sold and all went to hell got my rx every month for four years to be told no more because I hold a M.M.M.C that I held the hole time shame on this place dr.creger is a good doctor though when his hands are not tied from doing his job but they are.....

Terribly horrible place.. Call.. Youre instantly on hold getting a message about the phone being repaired (for 9 months now) horrible service, dirty, rude.. Was prescribed bad medicine after doctor spent a full 80 seconds diagnosing. Do t waste your time

Worst place to go. The staff are disorganized and careless. I had the appointment and I was having trouble breathing they took hour and half after the appointment. Im very disappointed with the Doctor and rude staff. My husband hate to go there.

the doctor I seen could not sit still if it was going to save his life. He looked like he was on drugs. And he would not listen to what i was saying. other than that it is a great place. 3 stars are because of most of the staff.

This is the best dr office ive been too. Great doctors and staff. Very nice, great bed side manner, and has been the only drs office that my girls have been too that is gentle with shots. Great job to drs nurses and staff

Worst office I ever been to! They definitely dont want to do their job and it shows. Awful customer service skills, they dont care about the patient, they only care about charging insurance!!!

The doctors seem to be fine, but the staff is completely incompetent and unorganized. They dont even have an office manager and cant answer any questions.
