I went here a while ago because I had to take a drug test for my job. There was a long wait and I had to use the restroom, but the only one they had available was locked. I asked if I could use another but they said those were for the patients for testing (I dont see why I couldnt use it for two minutes but whatever). I told one of the nurses that I was going to go pee at Arbys next door real quick because of the bathroom situation. Came back right afterwards and continued to wait for an hour. Asked how long the wait would be and I was told they were backed up and I would be helped shortly. Then I noticed people who got there after I did were being helped first. I checked to see what was going on and apparently I got taken off of the waiting list because I had left to pee! That made me so angry. I had no idea that I would be taken off the list if I left. And the whole reason I left is because the bathroom was locked there! Then instead of helping me right away like the should have they just put me back on the list at the bottom! It ended up taking me three hours to get that damn drug test. In the future you need to inform people of these rules instead of wasting their time. I didnt say anything to the workers because they already seemed overwhelmed but that pissed me off and made me want to scream at them.

I am in the urgent care facility waiting for someone and I noticed the executive director has a very nasty attitude with people. One guy came in and didnt have the correct documents and once he left the director laughed at him with someone in the waiting room. I came in to see my fiance, but Im waiting in the wait room because Im not a spouse. I told the guy that its fine, Ill just call him to let him know Im here to drive him home when hes done. The director responded, "hes not going to answer for you, but ok." Lol of course he did answer to let me know hes fine. The director I also noticed is very sarcastic, and nasty in his approach to people. Usually when I come here, the women and men are all very comforting and nice. He lacks this trait entirely.

I had a workplace injury so I had to come here. First they say its just a sprain and that I need to walk on it. As I try to stand up off the table the pain is ridiculous. The nurse asks if I want crutches and I say yes. The doctor then comes in and say " Do you really need them?" I know she didnt believe me and her attitude was horrible. I go home and by the time 6 pm comes around I am in tears the throbbing pain is so bad. My husband ends up taking me to the ER and we found out I had a Fracture not a sprain. If anything like that ever happens again I will use my personal insurance and stay far far away from them!

This 1 star rating is not for the three hour wait, its because when asked if I would have to pay anything for my swelled throat visit, I was told no... She didnt check my insurance benefits to even verify that just looked to see if it was active... So because I have insurance and was told there wasnt going to be a bill, I bit hook, line, and sinker... Good training method to sucker people in and $190 is kinda pricey for a mediocre doctor visit... Mediocre because I forgot to mention the doc didnt even have a diagnosis...

Went in for a MUST drug test, was told I was getting one then come to the results day was told I received an in-house test. So the test I was told I was receiving and payed for I wasnt and did not receive. When I brought this up to the Manager she refused to help with anything and proceded to call me a liar when she was not present the day I was there. I will never recommend anyone to go their. Had to wait almost 2 hours for a test I didnt get.

Just called having an emergency and the receptionist told me although I have Medicare as my first insurance I have Medicaid so I cant be seen. Really? Medicaid is my secondary insurance. So clearly you use my Medicare insurance card first. Then whatever ever fee isnt covered through Medicare Medicaid covers. She was rude and act like I was bothering her. This made me want to just go to ER.. I rather drive an hour away . Thanks urgent care.

Concentra is notorious for being an awful clinic. The staff was so disorganized, wait time was awful, and they forgot to give me paperwork at the beginning which increased my wait time. I only came here because I was required to for an employer. I hate coming here and dread the trip. I would never pay concentra a visit normally, and people that do must not value their time very much. How does this business run like this??
