If youre planning on bringing your little one here for blood work because its on the list of places your insurance will cover for you, do yourself a favor, and dont come here. I drove there and they didnt have any of the supplies to do the procedure - that shouldve been my first clue. I wait a couple days, and then when I do come back, the whole thing took hours to do and my baby had a terrible experience. The people here seem nice, but they have no idea what theyre doing. They really shouldve been upfront and honest with me, and said that they dont have a lot of experience doing blood work for a baby, or that they dont feel comfortable doing it, instead of involving us in this long, drawn-out, traumatizing experience, with the baby crying and blood going everywhere. I really should have left, but I had no idea that its really supposed to be a quick thing until after it happened. And then, get this, they lose the test results! My doctors office calls them, and they say that weve never been here. We had to do the same tests over again. Complete incompetence. Seriously, just have them do it at the pediatricians office and pay the extra money. The nurses there actually know what theyre doing, have done it many times before, and theyre great with kids. After they take the sample, theyll send it to a lab for testing. Its a night and day difference as far as experiences go!

My visit to Quest Diagmostics in Berkley was great. The technician, Pamela was prompt, thorough and courteous. She made my blood draw effortlessly and she was thorough in reviewing the script made by the doctor. I am confident that my doctor will receive the labs as prescribed. Great job to Quest for hiring good talent and great job to Pamela for being such a great employee
