Rude staff. Visited here for a pre-employment drug screen. When I arrived I tried to sign in the staff member who was working wont acknowledge I was there. When they did acknowledge I was there he said i was too late. The hours of operation were until 3:30 PM, I arrived at 3:00 there had been people waiting since 2:00 PM. The staff member I dealt with didnt seem very professional, was rude and could pronounce simple names. He misread Tasha for Thomas. avoid if you can.

While this locations staff were very friendly and helpful, Quests billing department hounded me for over a year after overcharging me, refunding me, billing me again, refunding me again, then billing me again. No matter how wonderful the staff are, the billing experience is abysmal.

Reading the reviews and i was pretty leary, honestly one of the easiest preemployment tests ive done. Appoimtment was at 10..i left at 10:06...process complete and the lab tech was very nice!

The office staff was very nice, my labs were drawn painlessly & they told me my insurance cost before taking my blood.
