Nice enough personnel but completely disregarded appointment times and just took people first come first serve. Limited options in the area for Saturday, but if you have to come on a Saturday, be prepared to wait. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and still havent been seen 2 and a half hours later.

Great that they are open on Saturday for drug screening. On that note the employees should not treat everyone that needs a drug test as if they are cheating the system or guilty of using drugs. Its not a very good feeling for those who have nothing to hide.

Appointments are a big sick joke they should just be honest and say first come first served!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why tell people they have an appointment at a certain time and then have them wait all day.

For my blood tests, I usually have to be poked in both arms 2 to 3 times minimum, but Kenya on first try. Not only that she was very polite and a lovely person.
