I read the other reviews for this place before going and had to say I was a little apprehensive about arriving there. My appointment was at 8:15 and I walked through the door at 8:14. A nurse was standing at the desk and greeted me. She asked for ID and then told me to meet her at the door. The entire process was pleasant! I did notice there were business cards at the entrance and a sign above asking for feedback, so I wonder if changes have been made because of the other experiences that were not stellar. I had blood work for a work related screening and had to fast overnight. I think I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was drinking my coffee and eating a bagel in less than a half hour. Overall, Id recommend early morning appointments!

Terrible customer service. I waited for 45 minutes until anyone even appeared at the front desk. The lady at the desk was also extremely rude to another that had been there for two hours and just needed a cup of water. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Horrible all around

Nobody at the front desk. They require you to make an appointment to make your wait time shorter but even if you did you would still be waiting forever because no one is ever around to check you in.

awful, no one is ever at the front desk, and they close for lunch?? They screwed up blood work tests and I have to go back What kind of business is this?

I had to wait 30 minutes just to even get checked in the lady who came to the front desk is very rude . I dont recommend this place to anyone
